There are actually a big amount of good anime radios around. If you have android get Anime Radio: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxxt.animeradio&hl=en

For anyone who can't wait, here's a radio app you can load it in on an android device in the mean time. The app also has Gensokyo Radio and Touhou Radio pre-loaded.
In order to listen to touhou.fm:
- Install and launch the app
- From the menu button choose Add channel
- Enter Touhou FM in the title field
- Enter http://strm.touhou.fm:8010/ in the Stream url field
- Tap the Add button
At the top of the station list you will see Touhou FM has been added. Tap it to begin listening!
I've been using the Anime Radio app on android. It has Gensokyo radio listed, among other internet radio stations.
