If you have an Android smartphone, you can use AppKarma. It is a get paid to download apps app, and the minimum payout for paypal is 3 dollars but I was able to get that within a day. The payout itself does take about 24 hours though, so maybe if you rush to download as many apps as you can you can get it by tomorrow.
