If you're on Android, there's an app called Astro Panel that lets you enter your location, and it will tell you lots of useful information about upcoming conditions in your area. Things like cloud cover, seeing conditions, lunar phases, etc. You can also specify your minimum ideal seeing conditions and it will send you an alarm ahead of time when the forecast meets or beats them.

Astro Panel is quite good for visibility and cloud cover Google Play
