For me this one does it all,Schedule,Tasker,Timer etc...You can loop trough tiles to selected profile or have it bring up a window with a list of profiles of witch you can have as many as you want

I used good lock but which feature?
Sound assistant? https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.soundassistant
Is this the audio profiles? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fnp.audioprofiles
I use Audio Profiles. I set up the schedule for when each profile should be on, and that works great for me. It's very very rare that I have to change anything other than media volume.
I use Audio profiles. I love being able to put it on a schedule, I almost never adjust the volume between ring and vibrate anymore.
Some of my go to apps. I try to stick with the ad free options as much as possible.
Audio Profiles - For some reason my Pixel 3 doesn't have a way of quickly changing sound profiles, so I use this app to do that.

Boost - Favorite reddit app by far.

Button Mapper - Cool app for adding secondary functions to your hardware buttons. I have power set to open camera on double tap (actually this is by default on my phone), then holding volume up opens Google search, and holding volume down triggers flashlight.

Chord! - Great app for analyzing guitar chords. One of the most beautifully designed apps I've ever seen.

Files - Good simple file manager and cleaner from Google.

Find My Device - Just a good thing to have ready for if you lose your phone.

Guitar and Violin Tuner - I have tried a lot of guitar tuner apps and this one is my current favorite. Super fast and responsive and no ads.

Keep Notes - This app has honestly changed my life and improved my productivity so much. Any idea or reminder goes straight into there with a checkbox next to it and now I'm never overwhelmed anymore. I'm writing this post in it right now!

List My Apps - I use this combined with Keep before factory resetting or getting a new phone to easily redownload all the apps in this list.

MaterialOS - Favorite icon pack. Nice and flat and colorful and none of that adaptive bullshit.

Muviz - Definitely more of a fun, non-essential thing. Adds a cool music visualizer behind the nav bar.

Nova Launcher Prime - Favorite launcher, enough said.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher.prime
Remote Desktop - Quickest and simplest way to connect to my PC. Not feature rich but you set it up once and then you're always one tap away. Insanely useful.

SD Maid Pro - Simple cleaner, satisfying to use.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.sdm.unlocker
Soundbrenner - Simple but fully featured metronome, best I've used.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.soundbrenner.pulse
Swype + Dragon - Definitely in the minority on this one. A now defunct keyboard, but still on the Play store if you dig around, and I've backed up the apk because I love it that much. I've given gboard and Swiftkey honest tries and after years I always come back to this keyboard. Something about the swipe functionality feels better than all others, and no other keyboard has a dedicated 'highlight entire word' key, or swipe gestures for select all, copy, and paste.

Textra - Actually I've been fine with stock messaging, but this will always be on deck if I need a third party messaging app.

UnApp - Great uninstaller, no ads.

Weather Undergound - Really digging this weather app.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wunderground.android.weather
I use this on my new unlocked OnePlus 6T

It works!
You're thinking about it the wrong way.
Try something like a sound profile manager, and make a profile that is for work and another that is for home. Set your apps volume preferences individually through that app, and then when you get to work, select work. It will then silence other things but still keep the volume up for that one app. Then when you leave, select the other profile and it will change your volume settings to be loud for everything.
