I don't have an Android phone to test any apps with, but this looks like it might do the trick. It says it has a logging feature, but I'm not sure how it logs. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bridou_n.beaconscanner&hl=en_US
All stations (logistics/pn/fresh) have a handful of bluetooth beacons located inside and outside, it's used for indoor location tracking mostly. I wouldn't be surprised if amazon starts leveraging those beacons in the flex app to battle fake gps apps falsifying checkins. On android you can use a beacon app like this one to scan for beacons in the area. I'm sure there's a similar one on ios
This is an app that can scan for beacons near you.

The code is open source and available here : https://github.com/Bridouille/android-beacon-scanner
Any feedback on the app itself (even it it's kind of small) or the code will be appreciated!
