Hey, someone down voted you because this post wasn't in the "recommendations" thread, but that thread from last week has been unstickied and a new one isn't currently stickied. I messaged the mods and hopefully they get a new Recommendations thread up.

You might like some of the Kairosoft games. They have a bunch of different themed sim/manager games including a number of food themed games such as a cafeteria, a sushi bar, and a ramen shop. They are all "premium" games with a one time purchase cost, no ads, no IAP, and no stamina/energy that prevents you from playing as long as you want.

There are also available what they call "lite" versions that are basically demos that let you play for around a year of in game time: cafe demo and sushi demo.

All of them have I guess what you'd call "cute" pixel graphics, but all of their games actually have quite a lot of depth to the gameplay. Their Game Dev Story game is pretty widely praised here and I also liked a number of their other games like Dungeon Village, Epic Astro Story, and Ninja Village.

There is also a free with IAPs food game that bakery themed, but I think the premium games are better and I much prefer to pay once and never have to deal with IAPs holding you back.
