Try CER, I used it for years. I feel like it's been less reliable in the last couple versions of Android, and recent reviews seem to mirror this sentiment, but it was so good for so long that if it does work on your device you'll love it.

why not just use Business calendar? it has customizable repeated reminders,I use it for years
Looking for a good repeating reminder app that integrates with Google Calendar.
Currently using the pro version of Calendar Event Reminder, but it's outdated, ugly, and rarely updated anymore, and doesn't always play nice with Android Wear.
Look into calendar event reminder. It takes over the notifications from the calendar. You can make it chime for as long as you want. Also allows separate notifications per calendar. Make sure you turn off notifications in the calendar app.
