If you have an Android phone, check out Canvas for Pebble. No coding required, and you could easily make a watchface like this.
Take a look into Canvas. There are hundreds of custom watch faces including an engine to make your own with custom backgrounds, fonts, and statistics. Mine shows missed texts, calls, unread emails, signal, battery strength, and then a bar at the bottom that integrates with my Fitbit account that fills up depending on my daily step count. :)
Google Play
I was about to suggest Canvas for Pebble but it looks like it was removed from the Google Play store??
/u/pennas, are you retiring this amazing piece of software?
You can get Canvas. It's an b&w oldie, but still goodie. Allows you to design your own faces with features like weather, calendar, countdowns and much much more.
Canvas can do this. It's an app that lets you design watchfaces, Android only.

It's a Canvas screen created with Canvas for Pebble. If you have it installed you can install the screen by clicking this link (yes that's a real link for Canvas) on your phone browser: http://canvasscreen/p8AD43iEHn
Not the same info, but you should check out some of the faces available via Canvas (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas). You're also able to modify the faces in canvas much easier than designing a watch face from scratch.
The creator of Canvas, Steve Penna, now creates the official Pebble app for Android. It would be neat if the features of Canvas could be rolled into the official Pebble app (or if access permissions are an issue, be released as a separate-but-still-official Pebble app).
If you're running Android, you could make most of this with Canvas, except the notifications at the bottom part. I don't think any watchface can do that, unless it had a companion app running on the phone intercepting notifications and sending them separately to the watchface.
I modified one I found in the store that used the 91 dub image by /u/orviwan . I haven't modified it from my own so there are some quirks like showing all 3 of my email addresses as I don't think canvas supports a universal inbox. So I have SMS, temperature, weather condition, date, unread mail, and next calendar event.

Yep, and it also might work on PTR.
I just noticed the beta is available on Google Play, but the regular version is no longer available. I have no idea how others can enroll to get to the beta version on the Play store now that the Google+ Canvas page is gone.
I love Canvas!
My watchface is choc full of information as well, including weather with temperature current/hi/lo (in both Celsius and Freedom), sunrise/sunset times, watch and phone battery as well as charge status, next calendar appointment, current city, current wifi status/SSID, and phone audio state (silent/vibration/normal), as well as disconnection/reconnection vibrations.
Canvas for Pebble lets you add sunrise/sunset to a watchface, and you can specify either GPS, lat/lon or place name. I recommend getting a free OpenWeather API key to use it, though.
Some watch faces will show the battery, also if you have an Android you can download Canvas which allows you to make your own watch face and includes phone/pebble battery, weather, and many notification icons
Sorry about that, but it appears that u/northeastpaw is working on a proper solution, so it should work for your watch soon!
Meanwhile, I forgot to mention that Canvas for Pebble is on Android only.
If you do, install it from the Play Store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas&hl=en_GB
Then it will ask you to install to your watch. Do so and don't worry if your watch shows a blank screen at this time.
Then save the file I've attached to your phone. Open the file and if it prompts Open With choose Canvas for Pebble. The face called Reddit Weather will now show up. To install it to your watch click the first icon (a white arrowhead) and this will appear on your watch.
Any questions please ask.
It's a single very configurable watchface that requires a companion Android app. Not quite as configurable as Canvas for Pebble, but close.
I would enjoy the ability to have watchfaces show more information on a watchface (and use Canvas to do so). From simple things, such as showing an alarm bell or not depending on if there's an alarm set, to more complicated things, like patterned vibration for emails with key works in it.
But I'm pretty sure why watchapps don't have access to this information is due to security issues. Any watchapp could send this information over the internet to a data collection server. Companies or governments could ban the Pebble due to concerns that their emails or phone calls could be leaked to 3rd parties, or possibly even violate HIPPA.
Since you're on Android, I know Canvas can do this. Not sure watchfaces can access the timeline or calendar directly. Maybe watch apps that have clocks. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas
Check out 'One bubble' on the Canvas screen store! http://canvasscreen/Kp2lUPlJS0 Canvas for Pebble: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas (the link will only open on your phone)
Android imo is a better choice, you're in luck. My personal favorite is Canvas which allows you to design a face to your liking with huge wealth of info available. Canvas is free. I also use Music Boss to control all kinds of media from Chromecasting YouTube to Plex to FM Radio etc. This one is a paid app tho.
Oh, and still on the Amazfit Tools page, there seems to be a custom notification tasker plugin option.
The way I see it, with some Tasker elbow grease, you could have any notification sent to the Bip ... nice !
Now ... there also seems to be a way to design your own watchfaces !
(not sure if it's to the level of Canvas though, one of my preferred apps for Pebble)
If you're using Android, check out Canvas for Pebble. This watchface could probably be made on it.
Are you on Android? If so, try Canvas.
You can find one or build your own using Canvas for Pebble.
With the app Canvas (Android only), you can customize a watchface to show what you want.

If you like content-dense watchfaces and you're using Android, you can make your own using Canvas for Pebble.
I think this is the app used (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas)
Watchface app is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas and The custom Watchface is called "Paul in 1"
It's in the play store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas&hl=en
/u/pennas
You install the app, design/find a watchface, load it. Incredibly flexible.
Is it off the Play Store? I just downloaded it myself the other day. Does this link work for you? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pennas.pebblecanvas
This is, hands down, the best thing created for the Pebble. Note that it is for Android only and will not work with iOS.
Also, I can't seem to find it on the Google Play Store right now. I know there was an issue a few months back, but it was resolved. If it comes back, it should appear in this list. Pinging the creator /u/pennas for more details.
In the meantime, here is a backup (of the beta color version) from the developer:

Canvas is an Android app to design watchapps (which can have dynamic content, like clocks in multiple timezones)
If you have Android, download Canvas. You can make your own watchfaces with no coding required.
Canvas works pretty well for this. I've tried Focus too, but it was buggy for me. Also the Watchface Generator that another person linked to.

If you have Android and don't need colour, you can design your own watchface using Canvas.

For those interested, there's a Canvas for Pebble blogspot, last updated May 2014, but the latest post has links to Google+ group communities for users (last post on 16 Jun 2015) and for beta testers.
Here's the Google Play Store link to the currently existing unupdated Canvas.
Here's a Pebble forums thread about Canvas for Pebble where a user AlexOB1 has provided a link to a pwb that installs on his Pebble Time, but two other people have said it does install but it doesn't work.
If you have an Android phone, you could use Canvas to make it yourself with no coding.
