I like Charity Miles since I like the idea of working out to raise a little money for a cause I care about, and I leave it on walk since I'm working up to longer run intervals but walk most of the time right now. Works fine for me. I use ghostracer on my smartwatch 3 too and compare and they're usually pretty close in reporting distance and pace.

There are at least two apps that will donate money to charity for the distance you walk: Charity Miles (Android, iOS) and Walk for a Dog (Android, iOS). I have no idea if they are any good.
