I'm a CS student and I made a tracking + reference Android app for my favorite exercise program - Convict Conditioning. Would love it if you guys could check it out and give it a look.

Do the trifecta and joint rotation for warmup and install this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=johnwu.ca.convictconditioning2 for reps and exercises.
Don't fret about the diet too much, just focus on eating same amount of food at the same time everyday, for optimal absorption.

Do bodyweight on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and HIIT/Cardio on Tuesday and Thursday. Breathing exercises, meditation and walking everyday
You don't need too much time. Just do Pushups (Chest/Triceps) & Leg Raises (Core) on Monday, Pull-ups (Biceps/Upper-Back) & Squats (Legs) on Wednesday and Handstand Pushups (Shoulders) & Bridges (Lower-Back/Spine) on Friday.
Good Luck! [Do reply after trying it. DM if you need more advice]
Simply go for the next step for pullups accordingly : Full > Close > Uneven > 1/2 One arm > Assisted One arm > One arm
And try to progress more in pushups and handstand pushups before dips.
Don't worry about the protein that much just take more calories than you burn.
Also you are welcome to r/convictconditioning.
I would highly recommend reading Convict Conditioning and starting with the beginner programme. As for the diet, just focus on eating at the same time everyday.
Also install this app for progressions: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=johnwu.ca.convictconditioning2
