It can definitely cause skin irritation and inflammation, but shouldn't make you susceptible to infection or anything to major, but cleanliness is still very important with all of this. Also something that's helped me, is holding ice cubes took help the urge of cutting. I know it's hard though, and your anxiety is valid, hugs. Also look into DBT it's really really helpful for intense moments of emotion. It was established for borderline personality disorder, but really works wonders additionally for any trauma, ptsd, anxiety, anger, and depression. There's an app for it to called DBT 911 (Android- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=se.annadroid.Dbt112 ). I'll tag some videos on DBT also. Really just doing what ever you are able to engage in, can really help.
Do you have any hobbies or maybe interests you haven't had time for in awhile ?
DBT by Durham and DBT911 were suggested by my doctor's office.

That's a free Android app. They also have CBT ones but this is what I use myself. I'll look online to see what I can find for you.
DBT Diary Card & Skills Coach
Cognitus DBT available on itunes (interface is a little clunky)
DBT Self-help and Diary Card (swedish only from what I can tell for itunes, google play seems to have it)
Catch It- CBT for tracking moods
PAUSE - Relaxation at your fingertip
And a list of DBT apps with reviews, some are listed above. :)
Most online sites do not have editable pdf files. My suggestion for you in that respect would be to copy the worksheet out by hand if you are not able to print it out. You can also save the pdfs to a drive and take them to a printing place like Staples (you can also submit them online) to get them printed out, the cost would be minimal. The other option would be to buy one of the books or if cost is an issue, check your local library and borrow a book, and either photocopy the exercises or write them out.
Hope this helps :)
I like DBT 911. YMMV.
