I recommend this app, had a Huawei phone before and that gave me the bootloader unlock code. You do have to pay 4€ tho but it works

This app got my T3 bootloader code with the £4 method. Can't say it will work for you but took 5 minutes for me. You didn't provide much info in this post, such as build/model etc, so hard to give a meaningful response. You have to buy the unlock code, via a service such as DC Unlocker. Costs around $4 the last time I tried this, but the unlock is permanent and works like a charm.

The other ways to unlock without the code involve exploiting your phone, unfortunately the apps which do this aren't trustworthy and known to install malware (eg: Kingoroot).
