Darwin is actually very strong in single-core-only, and you can use the recurring credits from spinal modem to buff him each turn. I present you:

Have you tried this app? I think it does a pretty good job for card viewing and deck building. There are a few others on the play store as well, though I haven't checked them out yet.
If you've got access to an iOS smartphone, I think I remember Net Deck letting you indicate how many cores/datapacks you own while building, and that also lets you export to OCTGN/Meteor/a text file. Deck Builder (for Android devices) also does most of that, I think. I can't think of anything that can tell you exactly which cards are left in your collection/available for other decks.

EDIT: I forgot that Net Deck is only for iPad. It still rules.

This is something I quickly threw together. It might lack card draw and Peacock is a tad inefficient, but every deck has its weaknesses. However, it has:
redundant breakers, so you don't just lose because you lost a Corroder
Inside Job because its good
A lot of economy, because you need it to fuel your runs
Special Order to get your breakers if you don't draw into them
Crash Space as meat damage protection. but it also makes removing Siphon Tags easier
Bank Job to make money off of unprotected remotes
John Masanori as a bit of a risky draw engine
R&D multi access with The Makers Eye
Sneakdoor Beta to make the Corp ICE up Archives
Parasite to kill ICE
Note: The three Caches should probably be Easy Mark instead. Just a Shaper reflex
It's not perfect by any means, but a solid start for a Gabe deck I think. Just play around with it and switch out cards as you see fit.
As to your corp deck, remoe Cyberdex Trial, it's a bad card unless you tech against a specific player.

Edit: can't wait for that genetics asset
Since SWDestinyDB is based on NetrunnerDB, might want to go the same route and check out Deck Builder for Netrunner. That would pretty much sum up what I'd want.
[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shuneault.netrunnerdeckbuilder](Deckbuilder for Android Netrunner) I can't imagine trying to build decks on my phone without it. Probably my most used app.
[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shinayser.xwingmanager](Startactics) Similar to the first, but for X-Wing TMG.
I use this app on my cellphone and I'm very happy with it.

You can set which expansions you have and how many core set you have available. When creating decks, it will only show you cards in sets you have set before, but you can browse all Netrunner Cards when you're not editing decks.
You can also filter by words and it will group your deck cards by type. It will keep track of influence and agenda points too.
Really useful app while you're commuting ;)
I use this

it let's me choose which packs I have in the options menu. I nice little spot to go back to when you are at the store.
Deck builder is excellent.
