This is the best one I've found so far:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.batorro.swddeckbuilder
It could use a little UI work and probably a new app icon (or at least some color changes to it), but it's fairly simple and fully functional.
Check your local Target(s). Some are selling the 2 player set for $8.98! You can (and should) get two sets to start. You could be competitive with just those cards.
To quote:
> Nothing like that has been down in MTG
Yes MtG cards have had their text changed and most of those occurrences were for power-level reasons.
The big-daddy of them all is Time Vault, go look it up, no other card in Magic has had its wording and functionality changed as much. At one point, the errata made it so you could simply untap it whenever you wanted to by simply skipping your next turn. When Flame Fusillade came out, people saw the two-card kill combo, so Time Vault had it's text changed again.
Then there is the entire power-level text-errata that got done to a bunch of Urza cards such as Priest of Gix, Great Whale, Palinchron, Peregrine Drake. They were considered too powerful and were errata'd to only trigger when cast from hand.
You can read all about the massive errata reversal that occured in 2006 to undo a lot of those changes. Not all though, some did not get reverted.
Loxodon Warhammer for example no longer has its original text and it works significantly differently. The original version's life gain would stack since it was a trigger but now it's Lifelink which doesn't stack.
A starter set (there are currently two versions - one featuring Rey and Finn, the other featuring Kylo and a Trooper) will get you everything you need to start playing. These are not full decks though. Like I said, it's enough to show you the rules and how to play, and it is still a fun stand alone game as it is...but, eventually you'll want to expand your collection.
The starters are just the "dealer" giving you the first hit for free. Within a week you'll be selling grandma's wedding band to afford a few booster packs to build your eVader/Raider agro deck.
Now, all that being said...you're gonna have a rough time finding cards right now. The initial shipment seems to have sold out pretty much all over. Maybe you'll be lucky and your local shop will have some stock, but odds are good that you might have to wait a week or two. If you don't have a local shop, there's also Amazon.
I believe though, once I have a complete set (at least one of each), I will move all of them into their own ports for each set (all raritys) to keep it clean, together and coherent. The extra rare and legend dupes would then fill out whatever space is left in the port, and the extra dupe un/commons would still be in their binder, if not traded away or sold off (depending if they institute a rotational system like other games).
On a side note of card management, might I recommend a Feldherr case for your dice and decks. They have a website and an Amazon posting. If you havent heard if them, they make foam trays for Destiny like you see for Warhammer, SW Armada and XWing.
https://www.amazon.com/Feldherr-MINI-PLUS-Case-Destiny/dp/B06XXZ4PPR
That is the link for the 200 dice bag, but you can select in the page which Destiny case you would prefer. They are amazing and at a great price. (I dont work for them and am not sponsored to say that. I just love it for deck and dice management.)
Looks like other people covered the other topics, have fun!
Better yet, practice draws and mulligans with Destiny Round One

I think this is a fair hypothesis. I'll need to modify my current storage solution where I keep my greater collection and spare dice, though these don't get carried around as much so it's not an urgent matter. I did line the bottom of my custom deck boxes with some adhesive foam padding to prevent dice from moving around a lot. You can find a bundle of this stuff at Walmart that comes in a variety of colors:
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Fibre-Craft-Creative-Hands-Smart-Foam-Adhesive-Sheets/24603552
I think they're garbage. I use these they work wonderfully especially if you have a nice sorting system.
If you really want to go cheap, I went with 4 of these.
https://www.walmart.com/ip/D3-Casemate-Plastic-Index-Card-Box/168721712
Holds deck, tokens, dice, for a deck with room to spare. Might be able to fit two decks in, though it would be tight. You can see through it, so I put a piece of cardboard along the side inside so my opponents can't see the dice I have in reserve. Less than two bucks per deck.

Carlos! Found them on Amazon: Check this out at Amazon.com KastKing Tackle Boxes, Plastic... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F2LP385?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I think they'll hold full sets. The only full sets I have are the two fan made ones, and they fit really well.
I was in the same situation as you. And I bought two sets of this set, which works very nicely for me: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Destiny-Two-Player-Game/dp/B0759N5T18
The second set makes the game a lot better (after first game) as it speeds up game play.
I got some super cheap padding stuff on Amazon and I cut it up and put it in there so it doesn't rattle. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Pack-Acoustic-Panels-Studio-Wedges/dp/B010GPFRUQ/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2YWFNFVJC03JM&keywords=studio+foam+wedges&qid=1556172085&s=gateway&sprefix=studio+foam+wed%2Caps%2C125&sr=8-3

That being said, I don't think the dice are gonna get scratched either way. I'm just paranoid.
I've been considering these to get fancy and use the custom sticker maker. I have no experience with either.
22mm Large Blank Dice Cubes, Rounded D6 Set for DIY Sticker, Teaching Math - Set of 6 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DJDR3MX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_xasUCbBV8W97X
I've been using Feldherr box and it's been pretty awesome. Holds two decks, dice, and tokens pretty easily.
I don't have iOS so I'm not exactly sure. I only saw a link on FB earlier this week that said the iOS version was going live.
Here's the link to the Google store version. The person developing it is pretty responsive on Facebook, so if you email him I'm sure he'll help out anyway he can.

Play Store s o o n ! ! !
In Bait and Switch fashion, here is a link to my first app. I have fun rolling dice for stats as well : - )
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.outlook.t_steele
Why not bring them both, then do a quick roll & tally with Destiny Dice Builder to make sure you play with the 'hottest' one.
I recently did this with Poe Dameron's Blaster : - )
I have released a dice building app for Android. Check it out at
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.outlook.t_steele
They are these and you can get them at walmart and probably some convience stores. The best part is it comes with gum aswell.
I always use the 9 pocket portfolios by Legion, you can find an Amazon link here. I always prefer portfolios to binders and pages because with binders you need to hit a delicate line of full enough, but not too full otherwise the cards will warp over time. With portfolios like the one I linked, the pages lay flat no matter how full or empty it is. The Legion portfolio can handle double sleeved cards as well.
When it comes to dice storage I use the Feldherr MINI PLUS Case for Star Wars Destiny which can be found here. They are on the expensive side when it comes to dice storage, but they are expensive because they are good at what they do. However, you can always go with the cheaper options mentioned in this thread. The dice vaults mentioned by /u/pearlyeti may be a good in-between price point.
If you need advice on some good inner and outer sleeves, I could recommend some of those as well.
UPDATE: Looks like Amazon just dropped the box set to $20 as well. Free shipping for prime customers or carts over $25. (for those who don't want to spend $30 or somehow missed the Target deal)
https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Destiny-2-Player-Game/dp/B0759N5T18
So, i keep my dice and decks/dice in these boxes. Work great, all you need. I use binders for card storage, BUT when awakenings rotates out I need to buy a bigger storage container. I'm thinking one of these.
I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone post this deck box. Plenty of room on one side for a deck and tokens, other side fits all the dice you'll ever need for one deck. From what I've seen it's studier than the ultra pro double deck box and a hell of a lot cheaper than ultimate guard. This hit the sweet spot for me.
I use two of these to store my 5 decks (fit the cards for the 5th deck in one box, the dice in the middle tray of the other). They were a little cheaper at my FLGS also.
They feel sturdier than the twin flip n tray did. My only complaint is that you have to actually dump your tokens out of the middle tray as it isn't so much a tray as it is a removable box.
That's easy. Either stop by your local tech shop or maker space or pick one up one on Amazon Prime:
Orion Motor Tech 12"x 8" 40W CO2 Laser Engraving Machine Engraver Cutter with Exhaust Fan USB Port https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EJDH1BO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_W.UkzbPXGH60W
Why not just get something to hold the lid on the box you have? I presume you're mostly worried about securing the lid during transport and not holding the lid on while you're playing.
You could try some file bands or if you're worried about that wearing on the wood, just get some stretchy hair bands from walmart/target/dollar store.
For a single deck I like these:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DN2AT3O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_XTefzbMFCE40C
For two decks most people use these:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LXZUIYT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_pVefzb2NGS4AP
There are cheaper options, but I still think these are worth the money. Both will hold everything (tokens dice and cards).
These are really nice for single decks and are cheap while you wait for your other order. I use 2 of them myself.
FFGC was selling these the other week. I really like it for carrying 2 decks, dice and tokens. http://dexprotection.com/shop/deck-boxes/pro-line/310/pro-line-large/
for storage, we have been using one of these, but it has gotten a little small now. https://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Shield-Four-Compartment-Storage-Box/dp/B00DJ4N3Y4/ref=pd_sim_21_4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=KZQMGKDKB8NARM8TZYBM
https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Carrying-Exterior-Dividers-Compatible/dp/B00XYC3MNI
I bought this that can hold 4 ultra pro boxes with a central divide for tokens. It's a little more expensive but works amazing. I put my deck in one box and my dice in another. So I can carry two full decks and tokens in an awesome carry case that is well made.
http://imgur.com/a/cyBP1 How I use mine.
I guess it's currently out of stock but it's 50 bucks when it's back in Stock and it's one of my favorite buys.
This is the best (cheapest) solution I've found. One of these comfortably holds two decks or 24 dice. Unfortunately, while it's good for travel, it's impossible to search for your dice during a game while keeping them obscured from your opponent. I'd recommend the 200-count cardboard card boxes for this.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VFXWBZS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have all my cards double sleeved with kmc perfect fits inside of kmc hyper mattes.
Characters are (currently) in FFG sleeves (rey for hero, kylo for villain) and those fit just fine as well
Just stumbled across this on amazon...it has dividers you can move to customize your collection of cards/dice...https://www.amazon.com/Caseling-Expansions-Moveable-Dividers-Cards/dp/B017237OJW/ref=sr_1_49?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1481861392&sr=1-49&keywords=deck+box
I discovered these guys at GenCon this year. My friend bought two of those deck boxes and they are sweet. I bought 2 of their card albums to hold all my cards for Mage Wars.
I think I might pick up more of their stuff too for Destiny.
Edit: I think I will pick this up. Looks like it could fit 2 decks and dice easy enough.
#0000 4x6 bubble mailer. You can get them in bulk online or a 10-pack at wal-mart, depending on the volume you plan on doing. I do recommend using the toploader or something similar for the cards, though, or they might bend. The link I sent you to puts them at around 5.2 cents each (excluding taxes).
Edit: Some people use polymailers. They are the same thing, but plastic. It helps in case they get left out in the rain/snow for some reason.
I went with these. One double deck box holds a deck and 18 dice, with enough room on top of the dice to put a small ziplock with your tokens in it. You can get them for like 8 bucks in singles, or a five pack (like the one listed) for 25. I wouldn't throw one into a loose bag (The magnet's not THAT great), but if you're careful with it, it's fine. The two deck inserts are removable as well, so it's easy to just dump the dice out when you're ready to start.
It's a brand of sleeves/gaming supplies.
I recently learned a lot about card sleeves from this YouTube channel and from /r/MagicTCG.
A couple of things I concluded
Personally I plan do double sleeves SW Destiny with KMC Perfect Size and KMC Hyper Mat Black. I ordered enough so I could sleeve 240 cards.
Also take a look at [this(https://www.amazon.com/KMC-Card-Box-1000/dp/B0007N7P8K) card box from KMC]. It seems perfect for SW Destiny and is supposedly great quality.
Since SWDestinyDB is based on NetrunnerDB, might want to go the same route and check out Deck Builder for Netrunner. That would pretty much sum up what I'd want.
