He was a really interesting figure! He became more and more political the older he got and was an active, dedicated member of the Communist Party. Since all Communisty Parties at that time were more or less answering to Moscow, the USSR wanted to prop him up as a major global communist, since he was the most famous and influential artist in the world. At the same time, Cubism was very diametrically opposed to Socialist Realism, which was the official art style of the Communist Party. This created a lot of drama, but never a full blown rift - there was much more to gain by having him in the party than by maintaining a pure line on art.
Fun fact! The Stanford Prison experiment is not what mass media made it out to be. The people in charge exaggerated and encouraged everything that happened. The podcast You're Wrong About goes into all the biases and misinformation about this case here
Look at Julia! Acting like she's an autonomous human being rather than a proper conformity-molded incubator!
These women and their sense of entitlement to their own personhood. Don't they know they're just appliances for men?🚼🛏️
(A good overview of the women as home-appliance thing is found in the You're Wrong About podcast book-club-thing episode where Sarah Marshal studies The Stepford Wives, here. Marshall notes that the premise is not very fictional, only using robots as a substitute for drugging the snot out of women to keep them obedient and compliant.)
Going to plug one of my favorite podcasts You're Wrong About and their most recent episode about this whole saga. Really interesting history and fits into a bigger series they are doing on who complains about cancel culture/political correctness vs. who actually gets cancelled.
If anyone wants to understand this whole area a bit more, and also understand what SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) are, I’d recommend The Dark Money Files podcast (specifically this episode) but the whole catalog is pretty great to give you a layman’s understanding of the financial world of money laundering.
I'm just going to leave this shameless piece of self promotion right here.
Edit: if you like our silliness, we do also make jokes while actually playing RPGs. (hobcast.com)
Well, you are in luck, because there are a whole lot of kinky black people and kink organizations for black people.
Onyx is probably the most well known national organization for kinky Black men.
Onyx Pearls is their sister group for Black women.
The Carter Johnson Leather Library was founded and run by People of Color.
There is even an entire BDSM conference devoted to kinky POC. The Journey! conference, they plan to host again in 2021 but they are still working on the logistics due to COVID.
There are groups and clubs that are POC exclusive, that provide a safe space for you. Because you live in a big city it's very likely that you will have one near you. My advice would be to see if you have an Onyx or Onyx pearls chapter near you. You might also want to reach out to the Leather Houses of Color Coalition. They will probably know who you can contact in your city to find the resources you need.
You are not alone, there are many black people in the BDSM community. People who have had to deal with the same issues and discrimination you have faced. You have a lot of role models and history that you can be proud to be a part of.
As a side note, if you have the time. I would recommend listening to Daddy Zulu's BLACK to Leather podcast. He interviews some of the best known Black and POC members of our community. Especially the episodes where he interviews Mama Vi and Mister Blue and BlueFrost.
Lets remain hopeful and patient about the Russian Orthodox.... remember how they passed through the trauma of Communism - The Soviet Union was the first state to have elimination of religion as an ideological objective but ultimately it failed, so the Russian Orthodox have their own heroes and martyrs https://www.buzzsprout.com/1226960/7409515-jan-20-communist-russia-christianity.mp3?download=true

Posted as one long unedited paragraph. It mostly reads like this:
>right before we started talking, I was cleaning out the pantry and rearranging things and trying to make it clean. And one of our dear little friends we have a little quarantine bubble with our dear friends and their kids. Their three year old daughter had built some magnetized train and was bank It against my leg saying this is the fork train. And it only goes faster for farts on people, you know, go. So I'm putting rice into jars and throwing away old potatoes.
I couldn't make it through. ~~There was one story about Shauna missing a phone call and having a "breakdown:"~~
~~>this afternoon. I just and I had a call scheduled I had it on my calendar. I had rearranged my entire day for this call. 20 minutes later, I looked down at my phone and she said something about a link and I'm like, What link? Because I missed the call because I was trying to explain what Wikipedia was to my five year old trying to keep them from looking at butts on YouTube and trying to make done. Yep, absolutely. And I realized that I missed the call and I lost it. I like threw everything down on my desk, and I I burst into tears. And I stormed out of the house. I sat on the deck and cry for like an hour here. Yeah. Because I'm like I saw At the mom thing, because I'm not paying attention to them. I'm just trying to keep them from finding, you know, inappropriate bites on the internet while I'm trying to do my work, and then I can't even do that.~~
~~Shauna, this is not a relatable problem. If you want to stop your kids from "looking at butts on YouTube," install SafeSearch, use ScreenTime, ask your ISP and/or install parental controls.~~
Editing because I misread the transcript!
yeah it's a good book, it got me into Alexandra Kollantai. her podcast 'A.K. 47 - Selections from the Works of Alexandra Kollontai ' is good too. best of luck with the rest of grad school
Ok a related subject: There’s a really fantastic podcast by the noted aggressive dog behaviorist Mike Shikashio and legendary shelter dog behavior expert Sue Sternberg that you should listen to. Basically, she talks about how the “no-kill” concept has been overly successful and nowadays it’s the normal, social dogs have become increasingly rare - all the best, friendliest and most-affectionate dogs are being sterilized while the most aggressive ones are allowed to breed freely, causing shelters to fill up with fighting stock bully breeds that should never be in homes with families or inexperienced owners.
She argues that there needs to be a way to produce more sociable puppies to meet the ever-growing demand. While she says that there are responsible breeders out there who are selecting for good temperament and health, they simply aren’t producing enough, so there needs to be a new, more humane method to make enough puppies that will grow to be friendly family dogs, as the good breeders are being out-competed by the terrible backyard breeders by far.
There’s also a fascinating talk at the beginning of the podcast by Shikashio and Sternberg about the behavior of street dogs in Mexico, and how surprisingly non-aggressive, friendly and content they were - often more so than the dogs that are encountered in the US.
Look, I am pro-gun, but the higher availability of firearms in a market, the more gun deaths and suicides you will see. I'm currently listening to a podcast about Tipper Gore and her crusade against music, and one of the things they talk about is the rise in teen suicide and murder during that time. Gore and her ilk blamed it on music making kids do drugs, specifically pointing at the crack epidemic and linking it towards murder and suicide; but there is solid studies now showing that it was really a flood of cheap guns in the market. (Canada had the same crack problems but without the correlation of additional violence.) At the beginning of the decade, a handgun was $400. At the end, you could buy one for $95 which caused a glut of cheap guns and a rise in murder and suicide due to them. Link which includes the additional info on gun supply.
For those who understand German: I just listened to last week’s episode of the German podcast „Amerika übersetzt“. At the end they talked about Pete (starting at about 25:35).
I made a podcast to remember todays miracle witnessed by 50,000 people

I Googled "GESARA law" and came up with this...
>National Economic Security and Recovery Act (NESARA) was a set of
proposed economic reforms suggested during the 1990s by Harvey Francis
Barnard. Barnard claimed that the proposals, which included replacing
the income tax with a national sales tax, abolishing compound interest
on secured loans, and returning to a bimetallic currency, would result
in 0% inflation and a more stable economy. The proposals were never
introduced before Congress.
NESARA has since become better known as the subject of a cult-like
conspiracy theory promoted by Shaini Candace Goodwin, doing business as
"Dove of Oneness", who claimed that the act was actually passed with
additional provisions as the National Economic Security and Reformation
Act, and then suppressed by the George W. Bush administration and the
Supreme Court. Goodwin's conspiracy emails have been translated into
several languages and have a large following online.[1]
and a bunch of shit at https://www.buzzsprout.com/674843/7884163-has-the-nesara-gesara-act-already-been-enacted

Episode Eighteen of my show, Nowhere, On Air is out now!
Radio broadcasts from a strange little town in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. The show is a story so please start with episode one!
This episode: Jess hasn’t been sleeping well thanks to the return of the lights and sounds from... the building. A colour wavelength miscommunication, a look at the community bulletin, plus the return of an absent community member and the somewhat concerning circumstances surrounding it.
CW: This episode contains slight references to kidnapping and injury.
Nowhere, On Air is created, voiced and produced by Jess Syratt.
R5: Khagan Möngke Khan (4th khagan of the Mongol empire) wanted his rule extended to Mesopotamia, and his brother Hulagu Khan delivered. RIP the Abbasid Caliphate.

Great movie. The focus on the changes Marx brought to the socialist movement illustrate his actual historical significance. Lots of people think he just invented the idea of communism. This movie illustrates the changes he makes and how his personality tied into that. He and Engels were born shit talkers. Talked about it on a recent episode of my podcast. https://www.buzzsprout.com/89426/734422-e19-the-young-karl-marx
Researching a podcast about the miracle of Fatima -when 50,000 saw the Sun dancing as was prophecied by the visionaries - I was fascinated to find out that Pope Pius experienced a similar miracle of the sun later
Pius XII approved the "Fatima apparitions" 23 years later in 1940.
Ten years after this, he declared the dogma of the Assumption of Mary.
In handwritten notes that were only discovered in 2008 he wrote that at 4:00 pm on 30 October 1950, during a walk in the Vatican gardens, he arrived at the statue of Our Lady of Lourdes and began to see the miracle. He described himself in his handwritten notes as "awestruck." He saw the same miracle on 31 October, again on 1 November (the date of the definition of the dogma) and then again on 8 November. He wrote that on other days at about the same time he tried to see if he could observe the Miracle of the Sun, but was unable to. He confided this information to a number of cardinals & to Sr. Pascalina Lehnert (the nun in charge of the papal apartments)
His handwritten notes were later placed on display at the Vatican.
More fruits of my research can be found on the podcast which is 14 mins long

I think he talks about electric cars in this. Even if he doesn't, it's worth the listen, he gives a timeline of when to expect to pass 1.5 C and 2 C, the reactions by the hosts is memorable.
No one's going to mention us, but my Dad and I do a podcast called "The IndyCar Fan Podcast"
What are you trying to learn? Basically what we do is after each race we dig into the lap charts and sector times and stuff and go over each phase of the race, when drivers make their stops and why, and basically work our way towards how the finishing order ends up the way it is. We cover almost every single drivers performance. To my knowledge no other podcast really does this - they're more focused on paddock rumors and twitter buzz and stuff like that.
Essentially we recap the race from a both a race-strategist perspective and fan perspective.
We put up our Detroit weekend recap last night actually! You can listen here: https://open.spotify.com/show/3ZDm1rRefwLYsAzIhLLIPR

Or anywhere with podcasts really.
I feel this! It's been an uphill battle with my parents for over a year. It's taken them way too long every step of the way to understand and recognize the severity of this thing. Early on they were forwarding me posts on facebook that (cleverly) manipulated the data to downplay the severity of the virus. Repeated rounds of calling out the misinformation and trying to point them to legit sources of information caused a bit of a rift in our family for a while, because they thought my sisters and I were making accusations and shaming them. It got bad for a bit but we're coming out of it, and they are vaccinated now and behaving much more responsibly.
So much of the struggle stemmed from Facebook. My boomer parents are the generation that are targeted the most viciously by misinformation campaigns, because they are the most susceptible to it. They grew up getting their information from news media that was leaps and bounds more honest than it is today, and now they struggle to recognize how easy it is for someone to post harmful and manipulative content that seems legit.
You're Wrong About did a great episode that dives into this a bit. Highly recommend giving it a listen: https://www.buzzsprout.com/1112270/7585768-the-anti-vaccine-movement
Spawn Wave Media is the over all name (Thus the SWM)
Its a name I came up with when Jon was just starting it up in the wake of our place of work going down hill.
The idea was to make a central network for a bunch of stuff (Newswave, Spawncast, Techwave, Rumorwave) and if we managed to find people to pull in and push the amount and quality of content forward with other shows (Animewave, Moviewave, and anything else that would come up)
PROBLEM! YouTube stops letting you guys know about our uploads after a certain amount a day. Still sorting out how to combat this on our end, but ya, as Jon said in the MVG podcast over here > https://www.buzzsprout.com/235522/1361854-the-real-mvp-spawn-wave
the goal is to make a network like old school G4.
WISH US LUCK!

This is the second time I’m linking this podcast in as many days, but you should definitely check it out. It’s by a famed dog trainer who works with aggressive dogs interviewing an expert on shelter dogs (who is pro-behavioral euthanasia). Basically, the first segment of the podcast is about a trip they took to Mexico, where they noticed that the street dogs were far less aggressive than the dogs they encountered in the US. It may be because street dogs interact with so many other dogs and animals on the daily that their aggression is tempered by frequent contact - if you’re a dog that’s stuck inside all day and only see other dogs and cats as well as unfamiliar humans once or twice a month then you’re probably going to freak out and attack when you do meet one; whereas if you see other animals and strangers all day, every day then it’s just another day to you. Also, the most aggressive street dogs are probably taken out of the gene pool by through natural selection - if you’re a dog whose first instinct is to attack then you probably aren’t going to live as long as a sociable one. Also, the more sociable street dogs are more likely to get fed, which also probably encourages less aggressive behavior.

The You're Wrong About podcast did a fascinating episode on the Satanic Panic of the 70s. They cover a lot of other similar subjects and moral panics along with some episodes discussing American serial killers.
Oh yes. A good exposition on the subject is the episode of You're Wrong About on The Stepford Wives, (here) which Sarah Marshall observes is not really fictional (rather than replacing wives with robots we'd put them on drugs, but still would treat them as household appliances.)
You sound like someone who might enjoy a trip into the wonderful world of Flavortown, a Guy Fieri-inspired RPG podcast my group played recently (served on a fresh ciabatta bun).
I don't think our argument about whether hotdogs are sandwiches made the final edit (they aren't), but one of the PCs played a Human Sandwich Artist, so you'd better believe there was a lot of sandwich talk!
Congratulations on some great numbers. It's great that so many people are enjoying your work.
An announcement like this is a good opportunity to let people know what your show is about. You never know how many more listeners you might get.
>Aethuran dark saga is a dark fantasy audio fiction, a show with a unique blend of Audio book and audio drama. Each episode is from the perspective of its protagonists, and sometimes the evil they must contend with. The intertwining story leads each of them down a dark road, a journey in which they will cross paths with one another as well as those who would seek to destroy them.

The maintenance phase episode on Oprah and John of God was also really good, and talked about how just having guests on a show isn't a neutral thing, even if you don't support all their claims, which is super relevant to this thread.
(The TL;DL is if you invite some asshole on your show and you're Oprah or Rogan big, even if you do your best to challenge their claims, 1% of your audience falling for their bullshit despite that could be a huge boost for their business, so the mere act of deciding to report on someone is not unbiased in its effects. Let alone deciding to report on someone "neutrally" when the truth isn't neutral.)
Even before trying to "fix" a recording in Audacity (or any other tool) it is worth the effort to make sure your recording space sounds good.
.
Find (or create) a recording space that is quiet and free of echos.
Also, spend some time researching microphone technique and placement.
Without doing that first, even the most expensive microphone can make crap recordings.
Water use is regulated by water districts, which are public entities that manage water rights. How they choose to regulate is subject to federal and state laws. Private water rights are also available but those are fewer than in recent times.
Are you asking if it is metered? Secondary water is mostly not currently metered in Utah, though this could vary district by district. Culinary water is metered.
If you are interested, I'd urge you to listen to and seek additional resources from this Speak Your Piece podcast episode.
He used the term dog in a mini-parable. The whole point of that interaction is him declaring that in his kingdom the outcast, poor, non-jew, and women all play a part. Jesus takes what was the expected view of the messiah and totally subverts it.
I just did a podcast on this actually! Give it a listen if the subject interests you.

I host a podcast and we did an episode on Sim theory and I was not really looking forward to it because I did not give it much thought or credence. that was until I started investigating it and finding not only were their clues that point to this being a possibility, but that mainstream scientists even followed this line of thinking and could not really dispute many claims. (or really prove, but that is how theory works)
For me, it opens up so many possibilities of not only a game, a program, or even existence of a higher power of a God if you will. If Simulation is true, where do you draw the lines. It is such a fascinating and frustrating concept all at the same time. Like you said, is it the same for everyone? Why do we dream, is the observer the creator? And now I have gone cross-eyed! lol
Here is a link to our episode in case you are interested in checking it out.

TBH, this post is a little self-serving. I was going to make a comment about the validity of MbL's comments in my AoE News podcast, and I wanted to verify before saying anything.

She was a mystical powerhouse -I love the 'coincidence' or congruence of grace that she was canonized five years and a day after Joan of Arc who she loved
I'll share some Terese facts that I found out whilst researching for a podcast at the start of the year (you probably know some of them already)
...
Pope Pius XI revived the old custom of covering St. Peter's with torches and tallow lamps. The New York Times ran a front-page story about the occasion titled, "All Rome Admires St. Peter's Aglow for a New Saint". According to the Times, over 60,000 people, estimated to be one of the largest crowds inside St. Peter's Basilica witnessed the canonization ceremonies and, in the evening, 500,000 pilgrims pressed into the lit square.
She rapidly became one of the most popular saints of the twentieth century. Édith Piaf, in the singer — at the time, an unknown seven-year-old girl — was cured from blindness after a pilgrimage to the grave of Therese.
Her two parents Zélie and Louis Martin were the first spouses to be proposed for canonization as a couple and the first to be canonized together in 2015
The podcast also covers the story of the Carmelite order and the link is https://www.buzzsprout.com/1226960/8652018-june-9-terese-of-liseux-and-the-story-of-a-soul.mp3?download=true
Little Flower - pray for us!
Yesterday, I got to sit down and talk with ZaideGod about his attempt to break some EQ records on “Return to EverQuest.” I find his attempt extremely interesting given my love of e-sports and competitive gaming. So far on the Mischief server he’s broken the EQ following records we know of:
Fastest to level 50 on a server that launched in Classic (Levels 1-50); ~28-29 hours!
Fastest to kill Phinny on a Classic launch server
Killed dragons and raid mobs within the first few days of launch (fastest Vox kill, etc)
This post isn’t to fanboy, it’s to expose all the hard work and coordination behind the scenes it takes to accomplish this. If you listen to our interview you’ll hear about the logistics network they setup, the practice runs from level 1-50 they ran, and the training involved to crush goals like these.
I think competitive gaming is something to promote and foster so future generations of gamers don’t get stigmatized like we did growing up, so I’m all for it. Especially when their success reaching goals doesn’t negatively detract from other people’s game play experience.
Anyway, our interview is definitely worth checking out if you wanna hear EQ history being made and what it took to get there. Cheers!

I would recommend listening to some podcast. For this period I would recommend listening to the History of China podcast (59, then 18-22) and the China History Podcast (23-46). Then if you are still interested in the more detail things like the background and military on this period listen to my podcast

Have a listen to mine. Music City 911. I am an actual 911 dispatcher with 20 years of experience and we play real 911 calls and give our take as well as details about the case itself, some of the big cases (Waco, Brittany Murphy, Kobe Bryant, etc) Our first couple episodes has a little more background info on us so a bit more chatting on those but a lot more info on the calls themselves in later episodes.
Have a listen to the 1st minute of the newest episode and it will give you an idea of what it's about.

Not OP but my garmin vo2 is 58, been up to 61. I also swim and bike and similar ideas apply.
Few key principals.
1) Mostly easy, some very hard.
Look up 80/20 running. Here is a podcast on it https://www.buzzsprout.com/207319/879379-ep-9-intelligent-intensity-with-stephen-seiler.
2) Frequency > Volume > Intensity
Run often (most important), run alot of time/distance (very important), run very hard (not as important but still important). Relates to number 1.
3) Example workouts:
i) 1 hour easy, conversational pace
ii) Tempo run, take a pace 30 seconds slower than your peak 10km pace and do 4 by 6min at that pace with 5 min jog recovery. Progress the workout until you can do 4x10min, and then 2x20min.
iii) Fartleks or speed play, run mostly easy and then pickup the pace for a short period of time. I do a workout where it's like 8:30 mile pace for 5 min then pickup to 6:30 pace for 1 min. Repeat 6 times.
iv) Long run with 5k, 10k, marathon pace efforts. Depends on your goals. Long run can be up to 30% of your weekly volume in 1 run. So if you run 25mpw, then it should be no more than 8miles. This is not a hard a fast rule though.
v) Speed session. Go to a track or flat road. 8 x 400m or 6x800m or 5x1000m with 2+ min recovery between sets, jog or standing.
There´s a podcast called Movements: A podcast history of the masses . I listened to his episodes about the Spanish civil war a while back and I remember thinking it was good. He´s doing a series on the Russian revolution right now. Might be worth checking out.
Hey everyone, I was the pilot of that list at BAO this year and ended up finishing 3rd overall. The list had 43 drones total, 36 of which were shield drones. I built the list to be as safe and durable as possible for a 6 round (potentially up to 9 round tournament) since, for me, Tau is the ultimate late game army.
The list does give up points early by having so many small units (butchers bill and kill more), but I prefer the small drone units for a couple of reasons. 1) I use them as screening units against assault, deepstrike, and aggressive knight lists and with so many units I can cover most of the board quite quickly and force them to move where I want them to. 2) They allow me to take board control secondaries like King of the Hill or Recon. 3) Unlike the large tactical drone units, it is much harder for high volume single weapons like the Crusader's Gatling Cannon to pick up a large squad in a single turn. Often times my opponents split fire too much and only end up killing 1 of the 2 drones in the small shield drone squads. 4) Since against opponents who take Butchers Bill against me I often pull as many of the small drone units as possible through savior protocol in a single turn to deny them kill more and butchers in future turns.
If you are interested in hearing more about my list and the games I played at BAO, I talked about it with my teammate John Lennon on the Fog of War podcast this week (https://www.buzzsprout.com/250236/1209689-fow-episode-16-bao-shows-florida-does-have-good-players).
How about a cooking-themed D&D adventure featuring Guy Fieri as the main villain? It's definitely weird and magical... I'll let you decide if it's wonderful.
How does an ancient order of warrior monk/knights that weild sigil magiks, and fight off cultists and thier demonic overlords sound?

Also I do podcasts two now. Morning Fog is a podcast where every morning at 5:30-6:30 the minute I wake up I record a 5-10 minute podcast where I give my early morning thoughts rants ideas or stories.
It's a fun thing for me to do because I'm an awful morning person, so it's funny to hear my rambles when my brain isn't exactly firing on all cylinders.
And then I do my Miami Dolphins podcast with /u/Dropthatbass13 called Phins Up Phans Down a podcast where we rewatch old dolphins games. The games could be good they could be bad, but the common theme is that they ultimately disappoint us. We posted about it the other day and it got pretty good reception but we still have a ways to go until we're where we wanna be with this podcast.
Anyway if you decide to check em out, they're on iTunes stitcher Google play all the stuff. Enjoy!
I did a podcast for /r/NCAAW. We talked ACC, B1G, and UConn, primarily. If any of those topics trips your trigger check it out and tell me what I need to do better.
He is, he announced it semi-officially when he was on the Nerd Play Podcast. He also announced a re-vamp for the website, which I assume will have all the info and tour dates... at least I hope! Can't wait to go when the crew comes to NY.
I’m super excited about this! Me and my friend started a podcast for reality dating shows called Must Watch With Wine and this is on our list! We are watching the first season for free on Tubi! It’s not too long and a really good watch. We already recapped the first episode and that should be out soon! Hope you guys watch and listen along with us! Must Watch With Wine
The book https://www.bookdepository.com/But-Its-Your-Family-Dr-Sherrie-Campbell/9781642790993 (which I haven’t read but looks very relevant) as well as Cptsd from surviving to thriving by Pete walker
Also this podcast was recommended to me by my therapist and I’ve been enjoying it, sometimes I pretend they’re Kath and Kim characters lol but from some non-comedic therapy timeline https://www.buzzsprout.com/1137656 they talk about narcissistic (the trait not NPD) mothers and the different relationship styles and stuff and ways to cope with certain feelings.
Good for you for doing this, you don’t deserve this guilt, and if you do go no contact your life will change for the better it really will. The lack of stress and anxiety, the peace! You deserve it and you’ll get it, I have a feeling. If you can/haven’t already, find a trauma informed therapist, it helps to have a professional reaffirm your feelings and give you coping strategies especially after you go no contact
Hi there - I think the best course of study depends on your learning style and budget, for example if you prefer live instruction or a self paced digital class or even books versus digital. So, if you have questions about that feel free to reach out. Most people here will recommend Target Test Prep (TTP) as it has a very strong presence on this sub - it's a self-paced digital class.
If you're looking for more general recommendations, here's a podcast episode on what I recommend when you're just starting out, regardless of which class you go for - hope it serves you well: https://www.buzzsprout.com/683195/1922402-how-to-start-your-gmat-studies
Yes - Jung was considerably influenced by Nietzsche's brilliance - they both had Lutheran pastors as fathers - and seemed to be reacting to that, both genius thinkers
A small podcast I made on Nietzsche about the 'murder of God' be interested in any feedback https://www.buzzsprout.com/1226960/9079423-aug-25-nietzsche-on-the-murder-of-god.mp3?download=true
We actually made the billionaire cocktail (which is also featured here) for an episode of cocktails and capitalism I was on about the psychology of wealth and generosity, here’s a link: https://www.buzzsprout.com/1323175/8303910
Also I can verify the billionaire cocktail is delicious and will get you very drunk if you aren’t careful.
My other podcast I enjoy is A Lesbian Affair. More conversational with an empathetic host. Just interviewing everyday people touching on their coming out and life history. Set in london. https://www.buzzsprout.com/880990
These have been discussed recently on the “Scooter Affair” podcast.

I saw one parked on the sidewalk at Fenway after the last Red Sox game pre-COVID. (It was a wicked good pahking spot, maybe not entirely legal though.) wasn’t in as good a condition as yours. The owner was surprised I recognized it, but, how can you not?
That's an insane story! And you have more? Holy cow! I created a podcast not too long ago to interview people with personal paranormal experiences. Would you be willing to talk about your experiences on my podcast? It's called Paranormal Trip. Can be found on most streaming platforms. https://www.buzzsprout.com/1744608. if you're interested, please let me know! Thanks!
This episode of You're Wrong About gets into the sudden increases in detection of autism that antivaxers attribute to vaccination shots. (Spoiler: schools just got more aware of autism symptoms and so incidents rose.)
Koko met Robin Williams once. One time. There's no way she remembered him or even really understood who he was.
Her handler isn't a bad person per se, I think she just really wanted to believe that Koko really understood sign language.
There is an episode of the podcast You're Wrong About which was really good that broke down all the problems with the fad of trying to teach apes sign language, but specifically does center around the story of Koko. It's long so there is also a transcript (PDF warning).
It is Rotten Romance Podcast. We are pretty new, but I'd love for you guys to listen - we are always looking for feedback. It has been a great way to connect and pass the time with my girlfriends during the quarantine - it is VERY Not Safe For Work...much swearing.

Thanks for your interest, I love talking about Everest... You really might enjoy my podcast, several of the episodes have been devoted to Everest. Episode 20 is about the commercialization of Everest, my experience on the Mallory expedition in 1999, as well as thoughts on the loss of life, particularly with the hardworking Sherpa: https://www.buzzsprout.com/268133/1612240-episode-20-commercialization-of-everest-the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly .

The latest episode of my show is up here. There's a sketch near the end. It's called "cis who's coming to dinner. And no I'm not gonna spam my show or anything, just wanted to put this one up since it just came out.
FFTL posted about this in their story today https://www.buzzsprout.com/139556/738204 not much about sonny rly but matt said that they have some stuff to be released and also an interesting story about Make War at 32:18.
Greetings citizens!
Last week Chapter 2 of "Special Delivery" - a House of Bob RPG podcast - released and a couple listeners mentioned it was almost impossible to keep track of the Troubleshooter's MBDs (Mandatory Bonus Duties) and their Secret Society objectives. You're telling me!
While part of the enjoyment of Paranoia is the utter confusion that comes along with Friend Computer's fun and important assignments, I did want to make it a little easier for folks to follow along at home. To that end, I created a very basic wiki with each of the 4 main characters listed with their jobs, and a bit more info if you click on their names.
It's not much, but perhaps it can help one or two listeners keep up with Team "First Life Best Life" on this crazy adventure into the depths of Alpha Complex!
You might be intrested in my dark fantasy audio drama Aethuran....
Basic plot, an ancient order of sigil casting knight's /warrior monks face off against demon worshipping cultists aswell as ther demonic overlords..

Hope you check it out and if you do hope you also enjoy it:)
FINALLY got my podcasts started!
I do two now.
And this one is still a bit of a work in progress, but I do a Miami Dolphins podcast called Phins Up Phans Down a podcast where my co-host and I rewatch old dolphins games. The games could be good they could be bad, but the common theme is that they ultimately disappoint us.
This one is a blast to do, but it's far more technical in terms of production than my little morning podcast so the first two episodes I released as pilot episodes until I can work out the audio kinks.
Anyway if you decide to check em out, they're on iTunes stitcher Google play all the stuff. Enjoy!
Here's our second episode, focused on Trump trying to eliminate the National Endowment for the Arts. We use it as an opportunity to talk about why capitalism opposes art that's not profitable. Please give feedback!
Wheel Takes with Ali and Gus: https://www.buzzsprout.com/762050
Uniquely informed analysis of the screenwriting and storytelling from people with experience in TV writing. Salient points abound. Very in-depth; they talked about ep 1 for three hours, and ep 2 for two. Ep 3 forthcoming.
Hi there - this is good work:
These are the most important factors in good AWA scores - you'd probably get a 4 or better for this essay, which is high enough for any bschool. So, if you want to focus on other elements of the test, feel free to
If you want to improve, your best bet is to practice getting faster so you can write more - the main thing that correlates with high AWA scores is length.
If you want some advice on how you can build out your examples and have a bit more to say, I go in depth on this podcast episode: https://www.buzzsprout.com/683195/2012898-what-about-the-gmat-essay
Does that help?
I made a short podcast about Francis back in February https://www.buzzsprout.com/1226960/7942453-feb-24-francis-of-assisi.mp3?download=true

John Paul ii made the boldest effort to reach out when he visited Romania..... I made a small podcast about it on the anniversary

For a good dose of reality on Yoko Ono, I'd recommend the You're Wrong About podcast about her. TL:DR Lennon was able to break up the Beatles through neglect and disinterest all on his own. Yoko Ono was her own artist self and doing her own thing. It was John who inserted her into all the business which was annoying but not the critical factor dissolving the group.
Made another trailer with after effects and premiere that I wanted to share with you guys. This community helped my show grow so much last summer that I'm excited to share the next chapter of this story with you all. Get ready for a lot to happen this summer with weekly episodes starting next Monday.
If you want to get caught up before the second season you can listen here too:
