Ah, gotcha. In that case, you could steal one of my favorite things from Paranoia: the Dark Room. Essentially, whenever you want during the mission (usually when they travel via subway/elevator), have the room go completely pitch black. Make it clear to the players that anything they do during this period will be completely secret and then give them 2-3 minutes each to pass notes to you describing ONE action that they do (like steal from, plant evidence on, or kill another player). Then describe everything that happened in the dark once the lights have come back on. Each time you do this, they will feel more and more free to do horrible things to each other :)
You could also pass them secret notes (have them prepared beforehand to save time) that say things like "_____ is suspicious of you. Try to convince them the real traitor is _____".

So, there was a supplement from whichever was preXP, I wanna say fifth? Called Creatures of the night-cycle, a complex of dimness adventure for paranoia. Here's an amazon link to it. It was basically a parody of the white Wolf games that were popular at the time?
I found this app witch I use for some RPG. Including Paranoia.

I finally got all 110 playing cards for the Red Clearance edition finished. The instructions that come with them absolutely suck. Even special non-warping glue for paper warped the cards. So here's what I settled on.
