If you can I'd say deal with your depression first and then you might have some more insight into what you might be interested in doing in the future.
I had some success with this app which is a good intro to CBT:

I like this podcast from Niall Breslin recently:

But really your best bet is to talk to talk to your doctor or if that is not an option talk to someone older who you trust.
If you want someone just to talk at send me a pm.
I've used this app in the past, it's pretty ugly and might not work on some phones but the content is really well presented and it was very helpful for me https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.excelatlife.depression It also has a bunch of reading material
However CBT has gotten more popular over the past few years so I'm sure you have even more options. There's probably other forms of therapy available as well, but I prefer to speak about what I know. CBT is helpful for anxiety because it forces you to take a step back and look at situations more objectively. Like I said it's not gonna be easy but i hope it'll help you if you give it a shot!
I've been using an app which has mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy elements, audios and such, and I have to say it's been more helpful than anything so far! So I'm definitely going to find that book, thank you for the suggestion!
Edit. If anyone is interested the app is Depression CBT Self-Help Guide. Though the names says depression, it also helps a lot for anxiety and negative thinking patterns.
Also the thing with therapy is that I cannot afford to pay it myself completely. To get reimbursement it needs to be carefully planned and I need a statement from my psychiatrist. There are other conditions as well, so I have to go with that.
Does anyone have experience with this CBT app, for instance?
