What is Reddit's opinion of Eufloria HD?

Is it Eufloria? They are spores/seeds though and not spaceship like you mentioned.

Another one that I can think of is Auralux. Also no spaceships but have these little coloured dots fighting instead.

Does anyone know of any games that are similar to Eufloria?

I really like it, and just wondering if there is anything else like it.

it is a mobile game, I don't know which version came out first though TBH

EDIT: Spent some time with the demo. SPACECOM is a real-time strategy that's a lot like Eufloria, with different tiered units that can either battle in space, destroy a star system, or invade and take over a planet. It's also similar to ICE with more complex unit management and planetary defense options.

If you've been looking for an RTS and you've played the hell out of Eufloria already, I'd recommend it. It's also slightly cheaper too. I'd also recommend using a tablet if you can - the interface is full of small text and buttons, just like the future!

I tried to pick out chill games, games that don't primarily need a mouse (I hope), and some that you could pause to plan and take your time. Out of the list for flight-friendly games, the top games would be FTL, SPAZ, and Frozen Synapse. All 3 you can play at your own pace but you can definitely sink 10 hours into. Most games and pretty cheap as well.

Were they definitely spaceships? Eufloria would fit the description, but you control seeds.

I'd also say 'Eufloria', I only know it from Android (click), not Steam... Your description really matches this game..
