Oof the bot linked wrong game lmao. this one should be it.
Regardless, fair enough. This is, like, released back in 2013 and the only horror game I know on android lmao. One thing i like about it is when the ghost is roaming, things around it started shaking --basically notifying the player that she is close. It is kinda terrifying especially when I was still in corridor. It's also still being updated until today so that's dedication right there from the dev.

It's not it, but I almost had a heart attack when I just scrolled through my phone and saw the logo of this app and realized how similar it looks to the one you put
Apparently it's a mobile game, tho it seems more focussed on ghosts and horror
The game is just called Eyes:

These first 2 are completely free. I'm only hesitant to recommend these because as far as actual scare factor goes, they don't really do much for me.
These 2 you have to purchase. Fran Bow is a sort of whimsical stylized puzzle horror that takes place in a child's kind of nightmare. Dark Echo takes place completely in the dark while using the sound of your footsteps to guide you. Both I think are worth the money, but again, don't seem to scare me.
If free horror is what you're looking for I can definitely recommend some Indie games for your PC too.
