Let me introduce you to the brand new Fifth Edition DM Tools by Walter Kammerer. Yes that's right the same guy who made the Fifth Edition Character sheet you know and love.

It's a bit rough at the moment but already has had several updates to improve the UI.
He's talking about this one and the other one the guy made is the character editor
Fifth Edition DM tools - Which I MOSTLY use for tracking combat and party EXP.
If you pick it up, you can get all the SRD monsters into it from this thread.
Everything else you gotta pop in there yourself.
Fifth edition GM tool it literally is on the title XD Here is the link... it looks pretty good, specially if you use the character sheet one (there is one to make a homebrew class/race one too) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wgkammerer.dmtools&hl=en&referrer=utm_source%3Dgoogle%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_term%3Dfifth+edition+gm+tool&pcampaignid=APPU_1_S6bPWon2FMnrzgLE0JGYCw
This one? I tried it but couldn't get it to spoof inapp purchases so it probably won't work, sorry
EDIT: okay so I used Remove License Verification with: Auto Mode + Other Parches + Remove dependencies then I was able to get it to verify my premium mode

It's absolutely wonderful, and you can import all of the monsters from files that people have posted online, makes it really easy to setup encounters, track initiative and experience. I found it through the character sheet app made by the same guy, and I have found it useful just because of being able to import character sheets made from that app.
Fifth Edition DM Tools is great, have it on both my phone and tablet... I also have the Character Sheet and Custom Builder apps from the same developer so I can share everything between phones and tablet. The only issues are that it doesn't have the monster stat blocks programmed in (but I'm working on converting the MM and Volo's guide for it), It doesn't have a tutorial, and it does cost 2.99 for a full upgrade, but it does work in conjunction with the other apps the developer made so you can track player's XP and initiative for combat across different campaigns.
I use the Fifth Edition DM tools.
Do note, this app is 5e specific. I paid for it. (it was like $4 and i pay more for stupid skins in video games) This allowed me to load in a bunch of monster stats (There's a file for all the free ones from the creator at this thread)
Everything that wasn't in that list was pretty easy to add in.
The cool thing is, it lists all the stats and abilities so while you're going through the initiative order... you can just open up the monster entry and it'll list all their stats and abilities.
Made my life easier... but it definitely took a bit of work and trial and error before I could use it confidently.
Just finished up.
I had Fifth Edition DM Tools and Google Drive. I had loaded the DM Tools with the SRD monters, the extra few I needed, and my PCs basic stats. Google Drive had Campaign notes, maps and an NPC list.
Your Mileage may vary. It worked really well for me. But, I did a lot of prep for it. Once setup, the initiative tracker, had all the monster stats, rules, and attacks. I found it super efficient.
I use DM Tools. You can setup encounters, it tells you the difficulty, XP gained, XP multiplier and XP to use to calculate difficulty.
You can add players from the Player version of the app as well as traps, NPCs, notes, custom monsters, regions, items, and treasure parcels.
It's really good for a mobile app. So is the same developer's character sheet app.
Edit: Also, you can import/export players and monsters to google drive which is really handy.
