You can also write a review and rate the game in the Play Store, it certainly doesn't deserve a 4.5/5 rating right now.
Ranting here doesn't do much, if you want it to reach them go to the Play Store and leave a 1 star review with your feedback.
The best way to get this fixed quickly is to submit reports to the app store you are playing through. I'm not sure on the process for Amazon / iOS, but I'll outline the steps for Google Play.
Step 1: Click Here
Step 2: Under "Application package name" enter com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFBEWW
Step 3: Under Reason for flagging choose "Other objection"
Step 4: A brief description of the issue. 1-2 sentences explaining how the item should work, and that it currently does nothing. Include "False Advertisement" in the description.
Step 5: Include screenshots of the STMR description (can get it from his banner) and, if you have him, a screenshot of it not granting any effects in battle.
Step 6: Link to app in Play Store <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFBEWW>
FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS - [Android - Google Play] / [iOS - App Store]
Go there. Rate it ★☆☆☆☆ (...or as low as you find fair).
That's the only feedback they pay attention to... Other than the monnies.
But for the monnies, even with such dick moves from their part, certain ~~Dyers~~ players still guarantee that they turn out enough profit. The game's Gacha aspect is getting tailored with said players in mind. Not much point in going minnow or F2P if their business model is still working as intended, and the tons of casuals that hop from dying mobile title to dying mobile title couldn't care less.
(edit: better rant and iOS link)
Reminder that you can rate the game in the Play store and/or app store for iOS, it has more impact than complaining in reddit.
iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/se/app/final-fantasy-brave-exvius/id1078553808?l=en&mt=8
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFBEWW
Seems like maintenance is still going on. Try in a few hours perhaps it'll be up.
A big part of the complaint is that they are stingy with the UoC tickets and not very friendly to the newcomers. I think they are doing campaign giving out 15 UoC tickets, and people are wondering why they couldn't just give out 20.
I also checked out android rating and while GLB is sitting at 4.6, JP is sitting at 3.6. I also read that FFBE is slipping into the mid 20s in terms of sales ranking from the teens. Let's just hope that the decline in rating will actually motivate them to do better in the game.
i play final fantasy brave exvius more often than pad again though my rolls aren't that great either lately there but probably better than my pad rolls lol
it resembles the older final fantasy games design/graphics wise (think pre vii era or basically when nomura kicked in) if you're up for that kinda thing you can try it out https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFBEWW&hl=en there's some tomb raider collab going on rn
though maybe you may want to consider just not playing a phone game and play something on a console or on the pc (admittedly you can run ffbe on an emulator too though unlike pad...)
You can try installing it from the Play Store from your computer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFBEWW&hl=en
If that doesn't work, I don't know where you could go to get the apk.
FGO is more like Brave Excvius- its worth getting into if you're a fan a Nasu, and r/grandorder has a bunch of excellent resources to help.

Since it's a gacha game, it can pretty intrusive when it comes to IAP. Outside of that, this is a very solid game. It's slowly catching up in progression with the Japanese version (it came out in Japan a few months prior) and has constant updates weekly.
The gameplay is pretty great, with a variety of characters (both original and from previous FF games) that all play out differently. The story follows a classic Square story line focusing on crystals and is just as good of a story as any of the early FF games.
This game is pretty F2P friendly and offers multiple ways to gain lapis (their "gems") every day. I have not spent a penny on this game and have a pretty competitive party.
Also, /r/ffbravreexvius is a wonderful, active community which is always a huge plus for mobile games.

Sorry not familiar with the summon thing, mind explaining? As for LB auto.. that great ! so when auto attacks build LB gauge, it will also auto cast LB. downside being if the LB for 1 of the chars is aoe and wipes the enemies out, doesn't give the others a chance to use their LBs as well. But still better than nothing.
I just wish that preset actions for repeat carry over to next fights especially in explorations and all content, so we don't have to swipe and resetup the same damn actions over and over (only in dungeon do we already have this, but for exploration/colosseum no dice)... so no wonder some players resorted to macros ;(
Still there, not removed: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFBEWW
Just keep in mind the play store search results are tailored to your specific device/account. EG: They will not show you items not available in your region, like this game.
Pardon my ignorance but is there a reason we assume Gumi is publishing when they are nowhere to be found on the game's Google Play page?
Gumi published BF and it says so on the game's page. We are linked to Gumi's privacy policy and support.
We have FFRK as an example of a mobile FF that was published by another company(DeNA) and it says so on the game's page and it links to DeNA as support.

Only Square Enix just like Unchained Chi and any other mobile games they publish. Gumi is nowhere to be found.
IIRC, A-Lim, the developer, is owned by Gumi so it makes sense their logo is in the game without the suggestion they're publishing.
It's on the Playstore (the English version). However it is not available in my country region sadly, but you guys may have better luck with it...

First I didn't believe it to be real. Had to check it. Turns out it's legit
These are the times when voicing your opinion and sending feedback to Gumi is important. If you do it, please do it in a respectful and constructive way, you are more likely to be heard if you send the message this way.

> Slot machines are games and are exactly as you say; insert coin and receive random prize. Gacha is nothing more than an over developed slot machine with zero monetary rewards.
You can throw a denotation at me until you're blue in the face, it doesn't change that pushing a button and watching something fall out is about as much a game as buying a soda from a vending machine.
It's a reward mechanic, which is a facet of a game, like exploring maps isn't the game itself, nor is equipping characters.
>There's absolutely no reason to go into Burger King expecting them to make you a McDouble. Just go to McDonald's instead. Don't stand outside of BK preaching about how shit they are to the people who enjoy and understand that Burger King is for Whoppers.
I would expect a Burger King to give me a burger when they're advertising they're a burger restaurant, though. The game isn't advertised as "Final Fantasy Slots," it's advertised as a game.
But don't take my word for it, take theirs. >So begins a new tale of crystals...
>A tried-and-true, yet brand new RPG!
>SQUARE ENIX’s first title aimed at a worldwide audience; a brand new FINAL FANTASY game available for smartphones! Play an entirely new RPG made in classic FINAL FANTASY style!
Funnily enough, none of the advertised features are the gashapon. They are:
If you enjoy it, that's fine. Enjoy it. But don't lie to yourself and others about what it is advertised as and what it actually is.
It was and is advertised as an RPG first and foremost. It was and is advertised with those elements first and foremost. The gacha is supposed to be a facet of the game. Instead, it is the axis around which the rest of the game revolves; dictating encounter design, unit attributes, reward systems and overall balance.
It's great that you went to Burger King and got a pizza and are satisfied because you like pizzas. For those of us who expected a hamburger, we're right to be upset.

Why exactly should I talk about anything else you mentioned when you didn't take the time to see outside of your Reddit Bubble. There's what 100-500 complainers on Reddit? Hard to tell. Meanwhile there's hundreds of thousands of daily active players and probably 3 million somewhat active players, and people like Dyers who spend thousands just to see his punk ass name dwarfing 2nd place.

If you don't like it, then there's FGO, GBF, FF:RK, Opera Omnia... These are probably way more rewarding than this game.
So don't bother, come occasionally if you want to do some stuff (if available XDDDDDDD)
