Flym may be what you're looking for. It's available on Google Play and F-Droid
It's small, easy simple interface, and supports full articles and pictures.
I've recently got a phone and want to know what people use for following news.
I've tried Flipboard and am currently using Google News. The main issue I have with them both is my control over what sources are available. Especially for local news, where some local news sites for my area are not listed.
I figure a traditional RSS app could work. I've heard Feedly recommended, but I don't want to have to create an account (or attach a new account to my Google account). Right now I'm considering Flym News Reader and Read.
For Android I'd recommend Flym as it worked better than some other RSS clients I used.
I used to have a single feed from novelupdates, but that one broke at one point so I had to add a separate feed for each novel. Although sometimes its hard to find the correct feed, I managed to find it for all the novels I read regularly.

There are many other too, just search for tasks in the f-droid app
I use Flym (also available on F-Droid) as my RSS reader which I use to get information from a few compsci-related blogs. Otherwise most things I use are on my computer, not my phone.
Right, I don't really get the whole RSS thing. I have this app on my phone in the hopes of trying my site on it and it says it won't work here is the app...

So if I add my sites regular URL to this RSS reader, it should just say that it has it and will update when I post a new article? WordPress says it makes a RSS ready URL for your site here...

Anyways, I would really just like it setup in a way that people can essentially bookmark my site and whenever I add a new article, they see it I their email or RSS feed.
Try Flym. It pulls the feeds itself and has no syncing of any type. And it looks good and works well.
