You might want to check out "freeletics".
I believe it is similar (not exactly equal) to CrossFit, but you can do it in your own.
Check some opinions first, there is a lot of controversy about it.
It isn't really free if you want to use it's full Potential and book the virtual "Coach".
I didn't like it, but had a lot of intense Training Sessions with it before I moved on to something else.

Look into the workouts from "jailhouse strong" some really good bodyweight stuff. Also there is that calisthenics app that people seem to like. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freeletics.lite&hl=en
There's lots of bodyweight circuit programmes that you could do at home/in the garden/in a nearby park.
I'd recommend those over the gym...
I used this one before: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freeletics.lite&hl=en_GB
I really like Freeletics Bodyweight, it has a lot of workouts that don't need any equipment. As I have little time/money, I don't go to the gym, so it's really useful for me.
Dude Its just like the usual crappy Bodybuilding routines out there
Try this ive been using it and it did wonders for me
