Best mat I have found. Great for HIIT and good cushioning for joints. 5/8 inches thick and they sell a 3/8 inch thick model as well. I like the thicker one as I seem to have less impact on my joints.
Please, PLEAASEEE...
Bring android wear support, it is so frustrating sometimes to always take out your phone to see a timer and press next, in between sets, the watch would work perfectly with that. Just to press next, and see the timer ,and see the current workout and reps you have to do.. a simple sort of, remote.
See a concept made by someone on the internet :) :https://dribbble.com/shots/2525256-Freeletics-Android-Wear-Concept
Neila Rey did it but why should you do this? It hurts a lot and is just stupid. There are better ways to get a sixpack.
For gaining muscle mass, you need to focus on adding more protein to your diet, not necessarily carbs. Muscle protein synthesis (MPS -> gaining muscle) is initiated by two things: exercise stimulus (e.g. Freeletics) and sufficient protein intake. Specifically, a protein threshold of 20g in a single meal is a baseline - with requirements increasing with age. In your mid-30's you probably need closer to 30g of protein to initiate MPS. One hard exercise session will elevate MPS for 24-36 hours. Hit your protein threshold 3-5 times a day and you'll maximize what you are able to gain.
You'll receive a lot of "broscience" recommendations - so I recommend reading up on published research to form your own opinion. Dr. Stuart Philips is one of the leading authorities in this area. My recommendations above are straight from his work. He just published a study making a lot of waves in the training world where he had test subjects on a calorie deficit gaining muscle mass - because they were on high protein. If you just raise your calorie levels with carbs only - you may gain two pounds in a month - but not the kind you are looking for. Take a look:
I do freeletics 5 days a week, the workouts are rather quick, so I recently started adding 15 minutes of yoga after. I use the down dog app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.downdogapp
This is the one I use> http://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Fitness-31011-Basic-Pullup/dp/B008DNAKQK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1434839057&sr=8-2&keywords=perfect+fitness+pull+up+bar Bulletproof and a steal for $20!
I got the fat loss nutrition guide. Nothing extra fancy there, just the same recommendations that you will find in any other fitness website... no sugar, low carbs, a lot of water, a lot of protein, no alcohol. You can even get some of their advice for free just by reading the blog.
There are some cool recipes there, but I think that "The Shredded Chef" gives you more value for less money (http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Shredded-Chef-Recipes-Building/dp/1478213655/ref=pd_sim_b_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1DW43JFE204JS618H8XB)
I'm not interested because I bought this pullpup bar (http://www.amazon.com/Heavy-Duty-Doorway-Chin-up-Pull-up/dp/B0055PFE2Y), and I had to work hard for the reps.
Of course, I started with jumping pullups and with a chair help in the beginnings, but not anymore. But I'm pissed of because I've paid 50€ for this bar and Amazon has it with a much better price.
If you want to do a lot of burpees you should use a Metronome. I use the app Maelz Sports https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.blowbend.android.sports.maelzsports&hl=nl
I did 250 without breaks yesterday. I suggest you download and use this app.

You can decide your own pace. Which helps you to not go too fast.
