I have a one. Galaxy Trucker Linked Galaxy Trucker. The game can be played with one phone and it also includes online play.
Galaxy Trucker. It's super fun!
It's actually a very good & faithful rendition of an existing board game, which I also recommend.

These are both great strategy games that benefit heavily from large screens.
NOT ONLY AN APP(with no in game purchases) but a friggin AWESOME board game as well
its addictive and ridiculously fun. especially the board game. board game has a bit of an adjustment and learning phase, but its great fun, especially when drinking.

Galaxy Trucker - The solo campaign is fantastic. Seriously. The multiplayer is great too...and even has a 'turn based' mode for asynchronous playing! Recommend this to everyone!
Ascension - Base game is free. Expansions cost you money if you get into it.
Star Realms - I got this in the humble bundle...so I don't know what the 'free version' comes with. They have a bunch of campaign levels where you play against different AI starting decks which is kind of interesting. A few of them also have alternate rules, like "All money counts as double" type of things.
Carcassonne - It's a good port. Not my favorite game, but I support Android board game ports so I bought it anyway.
Hearthstone - Doesn't technically count as it's purely digital...but it's still a CCG, so it has a home here in my mind.

Galaxy Trucker - Very well done, and the comedy is CGE's rulebooks is of course present in the game.
Prestige (Splendor) - AI is kind of meh, but it's a good practice tool / time waster.
Ascention - Expansions are all in there as well as promos. AI is pretty good, and online mode works really well.

Me and my friends are quite addicted to Galaxy Trucker.
Galaxy Trucker is also on Android (Android phone and tablet), as is Sentinels (Android tablet only) and Battlelore (Android phone and tablet). Android is a big market, especially the phone market, so developers would be stupid not to support it. Some still go iOS-only, but the gap is narrowing.
The iPad market is still stronger than the Android tablet market, so I think you'll find that the largest number of iOS-only games are in fact the ones that only support tablet. Even then a lot of games that released on iPad only (like Small World) are now available on Android (tablets and phones!), so it's often the case that you just have to wait a while to get the Android version.
I wouldn't give up on Android phone just for the few iOS-only phone games. There are too many features of Android that I use regularly that iOS lacks (or that Apple prohibits; my Kindle app on Android lets me buy books, while on iOS I'd have to open Safari and log in to the Amazon web site and search for books to buy from there -- Apple won't even let them put a link in the Kindle app!).
But it doesn't suck to have an iOS device around to play the few iPad-only games.
