Looks similar to the EMS USB 64M. I would try with any of the programs compatible with that cartridge, such this android app. If reading/writing to the first page fails, try with the 2nd (the 64M cartridge has 2 32M pages).
If you have an android device this app and a usb-otg cable will be all you need to manage a 64M cart: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shiftfypixlz.aread.emsflasher
(I helped with testing and highly recommend it)
You're in luck! I use the same cartridges and there are a couple applications that make getting data on and off of those carts really easy. On PC you have the ems-qart application which can be found here and if you have an Android phone with a USB OTG cable you can use GB Cart Tool found here. I haven't used the PC application myself yet so I can't attest to how well it works but it looks pretty easy to work with.
This is what I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shiftfypixlz.aread.emsflasher&hl=en
I've had driver issues getting Windows to recognize my EMS carts, but the Android app does it just fine.
For those looking for an everdrive GB alternative, You may have come across the '64m usb gb smart card'!
I noticed there were not any video reviews online, so I made one :)
It's pretty long, so I added timestamps, so you can skip the the parts that interest you.
In short: (Pretty much a summary of the video)
Yes, even at less then half the price, for most people the everdrive would be better.
64mb of space may seem like a lot for GB/GBC games, but it only has native support for two save files regardless for the number of games you install.
Also it stores the games untrimmed, so a 1.5mb gbc rom may end up taking up 4gb instead, as it has to round to the size of flash that the cart has. (dramatically deducing storage space).
The storage is divided into 2, 34MB pages, and you can not have GB and GBC games on the same page. (making the small storage even more annoying.
And on top of all that, a few big name games like 'Super Mario land 2' don't even work out of the box, and require 3rd party patches (not even provided by the 'usb smart card manufacturer)
But it dose have some positives!
It's much cheaper then the ever drives, so if you only want to run one or two roms at a time, it's great!
SGB pallet support (when playing with one game per page
With it's direct sram connection, you can use this To backup your GB carts to your PC!
with one game per page, you can use it with cheat devices such as monster brain, or gameshark
with one game per page, switching game(pages) is as easy as power cycling the unit quickly
The sram battery is easy to replace, and requires no soldering.
with 3rd pary mods, you can use multiple saves per pages.
Plays games at full speed with no slowdown
compatible with LSDJ
Has an Android Compatible Flashing/dumping program (Only works on android <5.0.)
Work on just about anything that can play GB/GBC games!
So if you're Really itching to try out a rom hack or fan translation on your original hardware,
And are NOT looking to have your entire collection on the go, I'd say it's a very nice option.
and the dual feature of being used to with a backup unit to transfer your cart saves to your pc (NOT OFFICIAL)
Really pushes it over the edge for me, form "pretty good" to "Very useful!"
