I would also like to recommend changing the keyboard like the other comment says. I personally like the Ginger keyboard because it allows me to use emoji's across apps rather than having the emoji's limited to only one area. I also like the key spacing of the Ginger keyboard. If you liked Apple Music then you could download that from the Play Store and use that once you login it. I also recommend Google Keep which does many useful things in my opinion.
I did a quick search for apps for dyslexics and Ginger Keyboard showed up in a couple of lists. It seems to autocorrect based on context rather than just the likeliest word.
I jump from one keyboard app to another. I type a lot, maybe swiping is a better term, a page or two per day when I'm at work, and I've yet to stick with any of them for more than a month. This dates back to my Nexus4 days... ASUS keyboard is my current default, but I like Ginger, and Swiftkey. If you don't mind the lack of color schemes, Google keyboard is good, too.

Maybe try Ginger Keyboard?
Spell checking seems to be a key feature of it
