I started off with the free version, but the custom colors and other options made the paid worth it to me. I haven't seen nearly as many color options in any other icon packs I've messed with.
I use an icon pack called glim. Checked and found 21 solid color circles in the drawer icons. I don't know if the free version has that many but you should check it out. The developer doesn't update the pack anymore but I don't really mind that since it has thousands of icons and there's so many color alternatives.
Hey,
This worked for me:
Download the icon pack that I listed Glim. Then at your home-screen press & hold down on the app drawer icon, once the menu little menu appears select edit, then press the picture to the left (it will look like whatever your app drawer icon currently looks like) then select the Glim theme (You may have to wait a while here) once the 'App Drawers' load scroll down until you see the white circle. (Should be at the bottom of the App Drawers section).
If any of this needs more explaining please reply.
Hope this works.
I have a suggestion too: Glim. It has a ton of icons, especially the paid version. Sadly the developer doesn't make new icons anymore but I'm sure other icon packs have new icons that match the style.
Edit: grammar
Launcher: Nova Launcher Prime
I used all the settings for the pixel launcher and made the folder backgrounds blue

If you can spend a dollar or two I definitely recommend one of the others mentioned but definitely has plenty
Easily:

Glim Dark | Free | 1500+ icons
Lots of alternative icons, very nice and clean. You can request icons, too.

Glim Not my icon set. There are 15-20 color variants of popular apps available.
a minimalist theme with some bold colours. The inspiration for this theme was the little flower icon in the Glim icon pack :)
