On Android you can use this app. Will need a phone with decent specs. I used S7, but screen was too small to actually enjoy the game. I recommend a tablet. I personally followed this when I first did it on my tablet.

I know 3 ways: 1. Teamviewer for Android, pretty self explained but the con is that your PC has to be on for this. 2. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gnuroot.rsinstaller This seems to be decent but it won't work on my phone, keeps giving errors. 3. AlwaysOnPC app - I think its good but it costs like 15 bucks, though you can pirate it. Only problem: The sign up page is down for days already and customer support doesn't reply me. Have the feeling the owners abandoned the app.

It installs a small debian operating system for you to use and then uses the official OSRS Client. It works great for me just don't expect to be pking or bossing on it.

there's a "ported" version thats been out for a while by a 3rd party dev : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gnuroot.rsinstaller . It's extremely unreliable however, as they are trying to emulate a windows - java environment on android. I've used on the go for GE trades but nothing more
