Might want to give the Wadjet Eye Games a look at, especially Gemini Rue.
Grim Fandango has an android version and also Another World, Syberia and Syberia 2. Theres also some Daedalic games Although im not really familiar with their android offerings. Finally theres Silent Age and two of Amanita's games, Machinarium and Botanicula.
Theyre pretty much all the adventure/point and click type games i can think off off the top of my head. I guess some Monument Valley won't hurt either, someone else is bound to mention it.

It does say it's incompatible with my XT1039(=2nd gen) though
