Hangar (F-Droid | Google Play)
It's not really focused on fancy statistics though. I'm using it for its widgets that show me apps sorted by usage.
It's not an Xposed module and not for the application switcher, but have you looked at Hangar? It can put your most frequently used/favorite apps in a bar in the notification drawer. Minimal permissions and highly configurable.

Hi!
I dig minimal materialish looking homescreens.
I used Hangar. It has:
>• It supports icon packs.
>• Auto-updating notification drawer shortcuts containing your most used and important apps
>• Sort and display apps based on user specified weight factors
>• Pin apps to always display
>• Launch shortcuts from lockscreen (Lollipop)
>• Support for icon packs and custom icons
>• Optional second row of icons
>• Blacklist unwanted apps
>• And many more!
Hangar. Notification shortcut bar recommended here a few weeks ago. I can't recommend it enough; I use it all the time, every day. Sooo easy.
I probably could do a better job explaining it: you can pin as many as 7 apps in a drop-down bar in notification bar, or let the app populate your 7 most-frequently used apps and update those apps as your usage varies. That is, if you are using Clipper and cfLumen a lot (like I do), you can pin those, or if you choose not to pin them, they'd show up anyway based on how frequently you use them.

I use this app i don't know if it's for IPhone though.
I was using Hangar, this might be better. Thanks.
Huh, I haven't tried DIESEL, but I know Hangar is open-source:
