Someone asked if some of the Youtube comments were shitposting since they were praising Moenovel, but deleted their comment. My response:
Despite all the complaints and dismissal from VN fans, Moenovel has a huge normie-ish fan base from If My Heart Had Wings. It did really well on Android and iOS with 500k+ downloads. I'd guess it's one of the most successful VN's. Is it the most profitable VN since it's F2P with route unlocks for $2 - $5? Probably not but there's still a lot of people outside the usual VN audience who've tried it and liked it. Just look at all the positive reviews.
Not really true, IMMHW had an audience way bigger than the usual VN crowd. Just check out the number of downloads and read some of the reviews. The app store also recommends a bunch of otome games so there's definitely a lot of girls playing it. The VN community is pretty insular so it's easy to forget about the casual audience (even more casual than Nekopara)

Hmm... I don’t have an android, but I’ve enjoyed some mobile visual novels
if My Heart Had Wings This is a romance visual novel about a wheelchair-bound girl.
Lil’s Day Off This is a visual novel where anything can happen. Very funny at times.
Lily’s Night Off This is the sequel to Lily’s Day Off. It is a bigger game than the original with more paths and endings.
Mysterious Forum and Seven Rumors This is my personal favorite. It is a horror visual novel that is scary, bittersweet, and funny.
Normal Me and Abnormal Friends I have never played this one, but it is made by the same developers as Mysterious Forum and Seven Rumors. It looks really interesting.
Detective Brothers This is a very fast paced “detective” visual novel. Pretty fun, but I’ve not gotten that far.
Dogful House This is a very simple and mobile like visual novel. It is very fun though.
Catful House This is basically the cat version of Dogful House. If you enjoy Dogful House, then you’ll enjoy this.
Well, I tried to look up NSFW Android VNs on Johren or Fakku. Barely turned out any. I looked up VNDB in general and while it turned out some, you'll have to check out each of the Android releases to see where they released and how to get them (some of which might not even be legally available to you or compatible with your device.
Generally, I would say what you want is to use either JoiPlay or VNDS. The former would allow you to play any RPGM (you can find some from Kagura) or Ren'Py games on your phone, though performance may vary. I haven't tested VNDS but it seems to be a project to essentially rebuild the games to be platform agnostic? So that's an option.
Alternatively, just remote to your PC, using Steam Link, Teamviewer, AnyDesk. I think you can allow Steam Link to play games that isn't optimized for Steam Link, so you can just use Add Non-steam Games to it - I think you can even use that to connect emulators to Steam Link.
Honestly, the NSFW part of the request is the one that makes it hard. Because most VNs on Android are probably SFW, otherwise you wouldn't make it to Play Store and that's a big loss of revenue. So either they take it out, like If My Heart Had Wings or was 100% All-ages VN like Parquet and Summer Pockets.
NSFW VNs in general is mostly a PC thing. And a lot of the people in here don't particularly care about nukige or the NSFW-focused VNs (unless it's legendary eroge like games by AliceSoft, Eushully, or Clock Up), though to be honest, if you want NSFW then you just grab some RPGM game or something. It's not hard to ignore the gameplay and you can always just patch in a cheat menu.
Is this the same one? It looks like it's free on Android. Not sure about iOS.
Edit: sorry. Looks like that's a limited version.
