Zawia RPG is quite fun. It's a clone of Inflation RPG.
Basically, you are constrained to a limited number of battles per game. Once you run out of energy, the run ends, with equipment (but not levels or money) being retained for the next run.
This limited battle mechanic means that grinding levels is impossible. Instead, players must carefully balance fighting easy enemies (poor rewards) or difficult enemies (high risk of paying an energy penalty).
This tension is pretty minimal early on (successfully earning enough gold to buy something to keep your run from being wasted is common), but gradually increases.
Hey guys. Check out Inflation RPG. It's got a unique style of gameplay and has very good replay value (short games). I had a lot of fun with this game for a while, you can play quick games at a time, so you can be on and off with it, great for mobile.
Enjoy!
Surprising amount of depth for a free game, you get stronger and able to make it further each playthrough. There are ads but they are fairly minimal an not intrusive.
Inflation RPG might be fun for you and your friends. Very simple scoring system, fast games. It is a progressive scoring system with lots of unlockables and items that continue through different playthroughs, as in the more developed your characters get, the higher scores you will be able to get per game. It would set up like a ladder scoring system, very competitive.
Check out Inflation RPG if you're interested in making a purely Incremental game. It's pretty much a simple dungeon crawler ... but with prestige and some crazy numbers (gain 5000 levels from one fight!!!) etc.
edit - it's also a fantastic game well worth anyone's time!

"Insane damage counts and high level limits" are about the only things it has in common with Disgaea, though. But I've gotten a lot of mileage out of this game.
The two that I can think of off hand are:
Inflation RPG
Disgaea PC
They're not very purely incremental but the aspect really is there.
I've been enjoying mini rpg incremental games like inflationrpg and BattleDNA2.
I also enjoy a strategy game called anti-yoy which is a really cool little game about taking over a map and defeating enemies.
Another game I enjoy is yiofiller which is a seemingly simple hotseat multiplayer game about picking colours to gain more land than your opponent. It is a lot more fun than it sounds. I have all the guys at work playing it during down times.
It really sounds like you're talking about Inflation RPG.
Hi, is this the game you are looking for?

Discovered Inflation RPG today. It's unusual, so there's a chance you'll either love or hate it. But you level up, a LOT! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.infurerpgkuesuto
Certain elements remind me of Inflation RPG but I'm not convinced. Is that close in any way?
I think the level cap in Inflation RPG is like a hundred thousand or something, if that's high enough.
Inflation RPG. level as much as you can in a set number of fights - great fun and very challenging. Limited, but fun

I was a huge fan of Inflation RPG. Rounds are quick, but the challenge is real, and there's always an opportunity to better yourself.
Bing Bong, and any of the Nickervision games, are really well done and very enjoyable. They are simple yet addictive, and easy to learn and pick up and play.
Fallout Shelter is pretty decent, or if you want a similar-style game, Tiny Tower. Both have you building up societies inside of buildings, putting people to work and making them happy.
If you want to take that a step further, Faraway Kingdom is a great game that incorporates that build game with an RPG - You get heroes in your kingdom, and you put them to fights in dungeons, while taking your team out to fight through a linear battle grid to earn better items and level up your characters. It's fun, and it doesn't require a network connection, though they do release updates that would require it (just to download the update). The latter two do have time limits, but are usually not unbearable unless you are very high-end.
I try this game recently: Inflation RPG https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.infurerpgkuesuto which have very good replay value and satisfy all of your need.
"Inflation Rpg" kind of fits the bill, altough it might be a bit of a stretch to call it "roguelike"...
