Yes, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ing.mobilepayments
Dit is gedaan omdat deze techniek Android 4.4 vereist, en de ING Bankieren app compatible moet zijn met oudere versies (2.3+).
I'm with ING. Using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ing.mobilepayments
Since this app is on my phone, my card usage has become close to 0 times a week. Paying by phone in Albert Heijn and other supermarkets works perfectly. And vendingmachines at stations to!
You have to download this app. Its really easy to set up.
The app still works on my Rooted nexus 6 with the bootloader unlocked, so you shouldn't have any problems I think!
I like my Banks mobile payment app (ING mobile payments)
Mostly because it works fine with root. Almost all stores have NFC enabled debit machines because all major Banks their debit cards have NFC in them so you can just tap the machine for small payments.
It's not in their official app, this is the app you need for NFC payment to work. I don't know if it has the option for English language unfortunately.
ING actually supports NFC payments using your phone. source
It's in limited beta now, and they claim all spots are taken. However, you can still register as a beta tester in the google playstore using this link. After registering you can download the app, and use your phone to make NFC payments. It should work with any android 4.4+ phone that has NFC.
No, it isn't only for samsung phones. I can pay using NFC on my LG G4.

It costs 50 cents a month. It's not much, i know. And you'll need the mobile payment app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ing.mobilepayments
