I kinda want to piggyback off of jjcoolaus' previous post. I live in the states and I've been using WSS Premium for quite awhile now. I've come to believe that my internet service provider is possibly monitoring and throttling my internet usage for this IPTV service. I have WSS Premium setup through the use of the IPTV Pro app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv.pro&hl=en) and the VLC beta player app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.videolan.vlc.betav7neon&hl=en).
Every other application on my android box (e.g. Kodi, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video) appears to NOT be experiencing buffering/throttling. Utilizing a VPN service seems to substantially help me with buffering/throttling issues while using WSS Premium, however having my VPN service activated/turned on does drastically slow down other applications on my android box. I would recommend only turning on a VPN service for IPTV streaming (turning it off while using other applications).
I would suggest looking into a VPN service, such as IPVanish, to help you out with IPTV streaming. Again, I would only recommended using it during the use of WSS Premium/IPTV streaming. If you chose to look into a VPN service, there are three important setup tweaks that I would like to suggest:
(1) select "OpenVPN (UDP)", not "OpenVPN (TCP), under protocol options. (2) if available, enable the "Scramble" feature which adds obfuscation capability to OpenVPN (which allows your VPN service to bypass network traffic sensors which aim to detect usage of a VPN and block it). (3) select your "Country", closest "City" to where you reside and the "Best Available" server (for selected city).
There is no guarantee that this will help you with buffering/throttling issues pertaining to IPTV streaming, however for me I've seen a drastic improvement while using a VPN service for WSS Premium.
Good Luck!

Hi. If you use a dedicated STB like a MAG or AVOV (in the TV section of the box by specifying a portal URL), then your subscription would be locked to that one device via the MAC address. So if you want flexibility, then a subscription for an STB may not be the best choice. You may have to go with an m3u/VLC playlist instead.
As mentioned, AVOV does support Kodi, which would allow you to use a m3u playlist url/link through the addon called Simple IPTV Client. It's not ideal, and everytime you restart Kodi, it will refresh the entire channel list which is not ideal because it takes so long. You can also use Android apps. There is one that I use called IPTV Pro and it is awesome
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv.pro&hl=en
It supports m3u playlist links AND it support EPG (programming guide) if your provider supports EPG. I do this and have it installed on more than one device but I always just use one device at a time.
hope this helps
I would recommend this app called IPTV Pro on the Google Play store
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv.pro&hl=en
You would need an m3u playlist link from your provider however. The app also supports EPG.
If you can find some .m3u playlists and have some money or Google Play credit to spare, check out IPTV Pro. What kind of sports are you specifically looking to stream?
You could try IPTV Pro app - it allows you to start it on boot.
I use IPTV Pro myself
He is asking for a Android App that plays m3u files, what website? App is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv.pro&hl=en
i've always used IPTV Pro instead, and it's still there.
