Just means you have bad routing from those servers. I just spent the last month testing NordVPN, express, and safervpn. While express has the fastest servers I still had to play around finding ones I had good connection to and making my favorites. Took some time to do.
I ended up going with nordvpn since found a deal for a year for $13 and couldn't pass it up. It's slower speeds than express but still had to do same, find best ones and make favorites.
I haven't tried another VPN with IPTV but I have NordVPN and personally, the speeds are fine. They have a lot of servers so I just choose the least loaded ones and I'm good. Have you tried connecting to different servers too?
Ok I've started idling in #iptvGTA on EFnet; no eggdrop bots or anything setup as of yet, but that can come later if we choose.
To help celebrate the start of the channel, I'm giving away three 1-week accounts to IPTVExpress that my reseller has available thanks to the recent "downtime credits". The first three users to join the channel that want a week's access to Express just need to join the channel and make the request in the channel. First come first serve, and sorry I only have 3 available. The accounts have an expiry date of May 7th, so the sooner you join the channel the better!
If you've never used IRC before, the easiest way to join is to connect via this web chat link: http://chat.efnet.org:9090/ ( enter your desired nickname and for channel enter #iptvgta )
If you prefer a local client, one of the easiest programs to use is "mIRC" available here: http://www.mirc.com/ Simply install the client, and join an "EFnet server". Once connected to the server a channel list should appear, where you can just type in #iptvgta and join our channel. Any questions or issues just ask in this thread.
I have been using ACE TV premium service for a couple of months now and it has been great. Great selection of channels very little buffering. But earlier this week it started to be unwatchable with channels dropping out and constant buffering. I decided to turn on my VPN service with Private Internet Access connecting to their Toronto server and all the buffering went away. The channels went back to changing effortless and the picture quality was top notch on all the HD channels. This proved to me that GTA ISPs are traffic shaping but luckily going throug a VPN seems to bypass this. I highly recommend you use a VPN. I have a 40 Mbps download line and get 43-44 without VPN and 40-41 with VPN using local Toronto Server.
And yet Apple is the reason the owner of KAT was found.
Is this contradicting enough for you?
Many are forgetting, or don't know about using Bluestacks, which is an amazing Android environment emulator for Windows. I've used it on and off for a few years (many use it for android-based gaming).
It works perfectly with STBEmu Pro (android app from play store) (which itself is an emulator of dedicated MAG-boxes which are Stalker-based) and let's you create a virtual MAC address to use with different providers such as iptvexpress, voodoo etc. You can have the multiple profiles as well.
I use this setup on my laptop when travelling and works great!

First thing I would do is make sure you have internet connection on the Buzz TV box you are using. Also check what kind of speed you are getting. To do this quickly you can go to fast.com with the web browser on the box.
Second thing I would suggest doing if you have a smartphone is to create a hotspot and connect the Buzz TV box to the hotspot created by your smartphone. (If you are able to load up your IPTV while connected to your phone hotspot this means there is nothing wrong with your box or IPTV subscription but an issue with your home network)

Guys is not compatible :( Right now I've only got express to work on it but I haven't tried all of the servers yet (it costs me too much to activate a bunch of accounts just for reviewing purposes).
Here, I uploaded the apk for you to a temporary link :) https://expirebox.com/download/107fe530d9aebd5cd94598c1dcd097ad.html
I haven't tested that apk, but it should work. I actually bought the legit apk from the play store, but please let me know if this works or not. This app was provided by the express provider themselves
A lot depends on your tech savvy-ness. If you are able to navigate your self around menus and can follow instructions then I would suggest Setting up your own firestick player.
Personally I find these IPTV boxes are over priced and full of bloat.
One of the best and cheapest option is to buy a Firestick with a TV guide installed on to it. Once you have that you will need to load a .m3u IPTV playlist in to the guide.
The Firesticks are on-sale rn. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07ZZW18N6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_dl_V5EBQNHTQBETZWCPRHW6
TiviMate is the best guide - You can follow this videos instructions. https://youtu.be/3KntkO03fQQ
As far as the IPTV services for...I cannot provide a recommendation since I am looking for a good Canadian service myself. Hopefully members can point us in the right direction.
Royal TV is the best app for Animation Movies.

If you have an android tv you can try my app its £0.99 does have arabs im planning on adding more like mbcs , take a look you can remove the app if you don t like it Free IPTV
Hi what device? I have an android tv app that you might like its £0.99 but i fo have a free version for news tv channels also and everything are free to air channels so you can request any free channels if i can scrape it i will add it ....NewsHub Freeview iptv
Then explain how the demo of IPTV that I tried 2 hours ago was much faster with VPN disabled than it was with VPN enabled - VyprVPN on Fire TV FYI. The owner of the service even said "try disabling VPN, it helps with speeds".
And no, my provider would sell me TV (which I can also stream as IPTV through their apps) for $25-30 CAD and it would not buffer/lag. Since unreliable IPTV costs $15 as it is, Rogers' own TV deal doesn't even sound too bad.
Ya, NordVPN was recommended so they will probably be my next try. I expect some slow downs in speeds, but with how bad it has been compared to what it initially was and what I'm paying for with my ISP, I expected maybe it was my provider throttling.
I mean I'll trust your word as you seem knowledgeable, but it just seemed odd to me that for 2 weeks it worked perfectly and since then, it's literally unusable. Every server on both VPNs.
Maybe I'll give NordVPN a shot and see how they work.
Thanks for the tip though.
Ok, but I’ve tried multiple vpn providers out while trying to fix this. All trials of course, Including express, IPVanish, PureVPN, windscribe, vpnunlimited, vyprvpn and my main sub which I’ve had for years from pia. All of them give me between 12mbps to 28mbps on a 120mbps line that I only get 70 from with a wired connection because Sony put 100mb Ethernet port on the tv. On wifi without the vpn on I get all the way up to 98mbps, but with vpn on it drops all the way down to less than 10. I’ve tried them on the fire tv stick upstairs too and I’m not getting any better from what I’m getting on my Sony X900E android tv. Pia still had the best speeds giving me the 28mbps as measured through the speedtest ookla android app and through the Netflix speed test function which are fairly consistent with each other. On my iPhone connected to 5g Standing next to the router i get about 85 down until I turn on the vpn but it only drops to 75. So at this point I can be pretty sure that it’s the android, do you have any suggestions of things/settings I can mess with to try and solve this? Thank for your response
I ordered one wifi dongle from Amazon few months ago, It is plug and play for my MAG254 box. Chipset is Ralink RT5370. Hope this will help you.
any idea where to get this? seems to be out of stock everywhere. amaz has the 7833 but not sure it would do the trick. https://www.amazon.com/Edimax-EW-7833UAC-Dual-Band-Adapter-Supports/dp/B01G51FBF6/
If you are looking for a vpn solution to your router you may want to try this little item. (available on us and uk amazon as well) https://www.amazon.ca/GL-MT300A-Pre-installed-Performance-Compatible-Programmable/dp/B01DBS5Z0W/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1503862416&sr=8-3&keywords=vpn+router+dd-wrt
Hi. If you use a dedicated STB like a MAG or AVOV (in the TV section of the box by specifying a portal URL), then your subscription would be locked to that one device via the MAC address. So if you want flexibility, then a subscription for an STB may not be the best choice. You may have to go with an m3u/VLC playlist instead.
As mentioned, AVOV does support Kodi, which would allow you to use a m3u playlist url/link through the addon called Simple IPTV Client. It's not ideal, and everytime you restart Kodi, it will refresh the entire channel list which is not ideal because it takes so long. You can also use Android apps. There is one that I use called IPTV Pro and it is awesome
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv.pro&hl=en
It supports m3u playlist links AND it support EPG (programming guide) if your provider supports EPG. I do this and have it installed on more than one device but I always just use one device at a time.
hope this helps
Is the video review working for you? Youtube doesn't want to load it anymore. Just wondering if I need to re-upload it.
The android version is available here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.infomir.stalkertv&hl=en
I think there is an iOS version but I don't have any apple devices to try.
