Are there any apps that give you a knot, then let you drag the strings to untie it? It'd keep my knot-loving girlfriend busy for days.

She doesn't need this app because she doesn't need a reference to tie the knots. She just loves untying them. You know when fishing line gets so knotted up that you just cut it? She'll happily spend 15 minutes untying it.
