There are already a bunch of apps like this. I used to use a few to help motivate me to be productive. First one that comes to mind is called "Level Up Life".
I actually used an app called Level up Life that grants exp in certain real-life skills (Strength, intelligence, culture, etc) when you finished them. You had to choose a task under a specific category like Arts, fitness, fun, humanity, and others. When you were done with the task you would go back in the app and post it publically for others to see. You unlocked new tasks the more you progressed.
I was doing this mostly for myself since I had an existential crisis. This helped me so much in trying out new hobbies and discovering new places around my area that I would have never thought of trying out.
