Smart Applock is good and all but I've personally stuck with LOCX https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyou.privacysecurity&hl=en
I've found it to be the fastest, lightest, and least obtrusive app locker. It is missing a couple of features like location unlocking, but the widget works fine for me.
You could use LOCX.
It looks amazing with that Material Design.
Removed Loc X (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyou.privacysecurity&hl=en_ and DU Quick Charge was removed along with it =]
I would recommend you Locx App Lock. It had all the features you requested!

Actually I found one its called LOCX. It even has material design so that's a plus. Here it is.
