MangaZone Hm I think it's one of the better one out there, it has all the series since it takes the chapters from multiple manga sites. Only problem is on certain manhwa the resolution is really bad. You can make an account or connect it to social media and it'll keep track of your favorites and reading history. Also downloads.
B/W was pretty good, i never actually completed the story in the game so this let me know what was up. B2/W2 is where it's at right now but it's getting regular updates I think. The reading quality of the chapters are good now.
Manga Rock is where I go to read stuff online. They've got a big selection. I've also used Manga Zone on my Andriod phone.
Usually when I'm buying, I'm buying new from Amazon. I have a rule that I never regret money I spend on books because it is a passion that is fun & good for me. I have been looking for a complete Naruto set on Ebay but it's so hard to judge the quality - I'll probably end up buying a set piece by piece via Amazon just so I know I'm getting new books.
there are several apps you can try. i use one called mangazone on android, not sure about any iOS apps.

other than that the best sites i use to read manga didnt exist when naruto was being released or only kept like the 10 most recent chapters. but below are some of the more used sites.

if you like naruto and want another suggestion for a series i cannot tell you enough how fucking great "one piece" is. there are a lot of people who will tell you about manga/anime who think it is the only good art form, i am not one of those people. i have read like maybe 10 total series and watched a few more over the last 20 years. i watch a ton of movies and tv and read a lot of books. "one piece" is one of the best stories i have ever read/watched.
