It has everything I need in a to-do app.
Also, the dev is a great guy who helps you out with any issues you might have in a timely manner.
Memorigi is a simple, different, and beautiful Todo list, Task manager, and Reminder application packed with a lot of cool features to help you be and stay organized.

Memorigi on Android! Built by a redditor too /u/rylexr
It's a to-do's app with a gorgeous layout that I've been using for the last 2 years I think, but I specifically use it only in widget mode, it's very intuitive and the web version is on the works too! The free version is more than you need with no limitations that I've noticed, but there's also two paid tiers with features I haven't tried
I think Memorigi has all of what you want! It's a great and well-designed app, with several views (as the calendar) and an optional priority system (do, plan, delegate, later). You should try it out!
I'm completely biased but my recommendation is Memorigi over Todoist and TickTick. Don't get me wrong, both have their strengths but they feel like they're stuck in the 90's.
A new app just came out and I think it's still in beta that fulfills your criteria. It's called Memorigi and it looks pretty sweet.

Edit: Bot doesn't seem to be able to find it. Must be because it's unreleased. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.tinbits.memorigi
App Link: My fault for not linking it in the title URL. Click the title for the cross post to /r/androidapps for the codes.
I like this app and I wanted to share!
I use Memorigi https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.tinbits.memorigi
It is very helpful to me to be able to take my meds on time. I have blood pressure meds I take at specific times and this app helps me. Check it out.
Memorigi comes with a feature to automatically sort tasks chronologically. It also offers the feature you are requesting about showing all repetitions in the calendar without the need of crossed them off.
You can try Memorigi, Todoist, MS Todo, Google Tasks. TickTick, etc. Most of them have features like the one you're mentioning. In Memorigi, it's called 'Nag Me'.
If these activities are recurring, only Google Calendar and Memorigi offer the possibility of seeing them in the calendar view at a recurrence level (e.g hourly, daily, etc).
Most of the apps mentioned here don't offer such a feature which is illogic for an app helping you plan and schedule your tasks. If this is not important for you then I'd say pick the one fitting your workflow better.
Hello. My app is Memorigi. It's a different Todo list, task manager, calendar, and reminders app. It's aimed to deliver a great user experience with a minimalistic design. It's feature rich though and it provides freemium model.
I released Memorigi 3+ year ago here and it has evolved pretty good thanks to feedback from the community and a shared vision. I'm looking for more feedback. Feel free to ask me anything and I'll do my best to answer all your questions.
Have you tried Memorigi? It's simple, comes with a great UI/UX, and it's packed with a lot of features. Also Web app is going to be released very soon as you can see here /r/memorigi.
Try Memorigi. I found it thanks to a post the other day. It's free and it doesn't have publicity. The user interface is really good. You can add categories, check your progress with the activities you daily do, etc Check it out and i hope you like it. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.tinbits.memorigi
You can integrate Google Calendar with Memorigi and get pinned and/or 'nag me' feature to make notifications stay until swiped away.

Serious question. Why do you want full screen reminders? Maybe your use case could be solved by a different feature. I'm just trying to understand.
In any case, you might want to try Memorigi. It doesn't have FSR but it comes with Nag Me feature that could serve your purpose.

Memorigi it's a to-do list, task planner, reminder, and calendar app. Last year got ranked #3 in the top ten best to-do list apps beating big competitors like Microsoft, Todoist, TickTick, Trello, and more.
You can try Memorigi. It doesn't ask you nor tell you. Instead it shows you whatever you wanted to be reminded and let you choose between COMPLETED, NOT COMPLETED, or SNOOZE.
Memorigi can show you this information when you are selecting the due date. It also shows what tasks are coming next and group them accordingly. In case you want to try it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.tinbits.memorigi
You can try Memorigi. It has features you mentioned and much more. Design and user experience is way better than everything out there.

Hi,
I'm the creator of Memorigi, a task based to-do list, planner, reminder, and more recently progress tracker. I released version 1 almost 3 years ago on Reddit and version 3.0 went live about a month ago. It's my first and only app so far but I'm happy with it. Here is Play Store Link:

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

May I plug what I use? It's made by a redditor, it's called Memorigi, the widget is great and the app's free functions are all I need, Web version is in the works too, no ads either
I have bounced around a lot. I liked Google Keep for simple list but I always find my self going back to Memorigi the app is great and the reminders are perfect for my needs.

Hi. I recently published an app with features like these: Memorigi (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.tinbits.memorigi). Either way don't stop. The most important part of been disciplined is to do progress every day. Congrats!
Memorigi: Todo List, Task List
Great for those looking for a Wunderlist replacement.
Give Memorigi a try. Might suit your needs.
Memorigi is the best app for that.
I second Memorigi. Its functionality plus its beautiful UI sets it miles ahead of any other To-do/Tasks app for me.
It depends on your requirements. I know Trello (https://trello.com/) is popular among PMs but it didn't worked for me. My requirements were smaller and simpler than what Trello offers. On a side note, I released my first Android app last week. It's a Task, To-do Reminder called Memorigi. Post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/androidapps/comments/53zomy/dev_memorigi_10_a_different_task_todo_reminder/.

Hey! Great idea! Yes, gallery needs urgent redesign. To be honest, gallery has a lot of functionality, but design and animation sucks from the 90s. It's time to work on a modern design. Several apps for clarity:
