Hello everyone, I published an update to FightTime Trainer that lets you program each round (up to 5) individually. In the previous version, the same set of commands was called in each round. If you like to shadowbox or hit the heavy bag, you might be interested.

Attention martial artists.... There's a new free Android app that calls out random commands for you to follow when you shadowbox or hit the heavy bag. Lots of customization. If you like punching things, check this out... FightTime Trainer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.krausnickstudios.fighttimetrainer&hl=en

>A few years ago I posted about an Android MMA training app that I wrote. I just put up a new version of the app and it's much nicer than the old one. I also changed the name of the app from "Shoutbox Workout Timer" to "FightTime Trainer".

I wrote a FREE Android app that generates random heavy bag rounds for anyone into martial arts or cardio kickboxing. It's called FightTime Trainer. It has 20 preset workouts and says 70 different things. You can also customize the workouts by adjusting the intensity, which makes the commands come faster or slower.

Free. Also I find it hard to believe you're not gonna spend 5 bucks today on something you don't need.
