I used this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jkg.mypaidapps
It lists everything you ever bought, even if it is not available anymore.
You can tap on every list item and it will take you to its page on the Play Store. Unless you do something like they did with Terraria and it will not do anything anymore.
Try this. My paid apps. You need to grant full access to your Google account so the app can source the details it needs.

Only way I know of.
I used an app called My Paid Apps https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jkg.mypaidapps
Looks like there is one other one that comes up called Purchased Apps https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps
These apps are very invasive, rights wise -- they need access to pratically everything to get to your spending :/
Be prepared for disappointment then. This app will tell you how much you've spent by pulling google account transaction records. You can narrow it down to all apps, or just PAD. I was surprised how much it adds up. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jkg.mypaidapps&hl=en And of course if you want to report back here, many would be interested in gauging our own IAP and progress to yours.
There is this app here that helps with that. It also shows all your play store purchases with music video and so on. Artem +1d it so it must be trustworthy. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jkg.mypaidapps
Edit: bit redundant, that guy is right and I was wrong. Under my account you can see it all and easily at the play store!
linkme: My Paid Apps
Come on bot! Here's the link to the app.
Sorry if some of these sound harsh but I've had a similar problem in the past and I don't want to see anyone else suffering because of the same issue.
Some hard measures you need to take right now:
Unlink your credit/debit card from your account
If you're on android, install this app that tells you the total amount you've spent on the game. There's probably a similar app on iOS. This will serve as a wake-up call.
Create a new account on another server
The urge to scout is hard to contain, especially if there's certain card you wish to scout. Look at the total amount you've spent on this game and think of all the other goodies you could've bought. Do you feel sadness and regret? Don't worry we're going to turn that feeling into the strength and will to be more disciplined with your finances.
Firstly, unlink your card. Scouting is like gambling and the problem does not go away overnight. You need to sever this source of funding so it forces you to be unable to scout.
The urge to scout will still be there. Try out the scouting simulator. Click scout-again to your heart's content. Seeing random cards popping out will help to satisfy the urge without actually spending gems scouting.
You can also create a new side account on a new server. I'm not asking you to abandon your main account. Starting a new account helps you to rediscover the joy you experienced when first discovering this game. Treat this side account as your new F2P account and challenge yourself to maintain this F2P account. Discover the challenges and rewards of being F2P in this game; become a F2P in your main account!
I'm not sure if all the above will help you as I'm speaking from my personal experience. I've spent over USD6K in the past trying to get idolized wedding honk. After realizing my gambling problem, I persevered to control my spending, took the above steps, and haven't whaled since.
OP, acknowledge this gambling problem and take steps to help yourself. Talk to people (you can talk to me too). I'm sure there are people in this community willing to hear you out and help you! You won't get over this quickly but you will overcome it eventually.
Cheers!

My paid apps in the play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jkg.mypaidapps
I use this app.
Using My Paid Apps I can see I've only bought one standalone app for 99 cents:
Minuum Keyboard - (Now Free, it was new and 99 cents at the time.) It was cool to have a new keyboard concept at the time, but I eventually went back to Google Keyboard.
Shameless self plug: Floating Action Call is 99 cents.

I just found out about "My Paid Apps" which basically shows you all the apps you've ever purchased. Why Google doesn't have this feature implemented in the Play Store is beyond me.
