As a calisthenics guy i recommend "MyWorkout Plan" its good and simple.

Ive noticed it makes bodies look nicer, more toned, but not bigger unless people really dedicate time to workout out with weights as thats the best way to get bigger.

I also try and pick ones I like and see what happens. Im very new to this, but I have enjoyed having a plan when i go to the gym. Outwith the gym, Im just trying to be on my feet more, however, when I think about it, most of the exercises I do are all bodyweignt lol so the gym is a little useless outside of motivation.
Also, I am trying to switch from working out to lose weight, or tone etc. and now im trying to set performance goals. E,g, I want to run a 5k non-stop, regardless of my weight etc., or the time it takes. I have found that I just feel better overall and im actually finding motivation to get fitter. Its been a nice change as all my life ive focussed on weight loss, yet all this time I shouldve just tried to be a better version of me, and not worried about the scale as I am MUCH happier lol.
