This might be too extra but I own this. I'm 5'4 and it's super super long. I think it would be pretty if black and gold are the colors, but then again you dont want to look too close to a bridesmaid.

Non Chaffing gel by Monistat, its a dry gel that seriously works wonders... I put it on my thighs and under-boob to minimize friction. I live on a island in the Caribbean and the saharan desert dust is making everything 100% hotter, add to that dry air and humid air, and everyone ends up as a sweaty mess in the middle of the day.
If you're starting 100% from scratch, I highly recommend a book with a good number of exercises, plus routines that build up from scratch.
The Strength Training Bible for Women is a personal favorite, but the workouts do get stale after awhile. But by that point, you should have a good enough idea of how to build your own workouts that you can go from there.
Also, I highly recommend getting a digital lifting tracker. My personal favorite is called Strong and I'm only sure that it's on Android, because I don't have iOS lol. But any of them that have the ability to enter custom workouts, rest timers, and stat recording will do the job.
I personally like things like shrugs or wraps for dresses. That way you have options. Too hot, take them off; too cold, wrap up but don't obscure your dress.
For a shrug, you could try something like this Ivory dealy from torrid, For a wrap, i might suggest something like this lovely pink fluffy thing.
However, if you are outdoor or expect October to take a turn for the fridged, by all means, get the jacket you want. Be comfortable!
I use this combo, its Lady Anti-monkey butt powder and fresh breast. You have to keep that area dry to prevent rashes

Don't rule out Amazon. I recently got the shirt linked below. It's 31" from shoulder seam to hem. It's a flared style - but there are so many styles available it will bogle your mind!

Bluetime Womens Pleated Short Braces Skirt,Black,Large https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014L3AG7S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MncIDbJX3E774 I went one size up but it’s super stretchy, I probably could have gotten away with just going with my size.
I think there are 2 layers of ruffles on the one on the right. The skirt on the dress is also wider and more flowy. You can grab the sides and swing the skirt around. It's probably like this skirt. The skirt on the left is cut straighter and more fitted. Not much there to grab and swing around.
Was gonna update the post, but I couldn’t figure out how!
To those concerned parties, I appreciate your concern! Luckily the bride knows me quite well and almost certainly expects something wild. I will toss it by her at her bachelorette party this weekend when I show up dressed like a prisoner, she’s marrying a police officer. Her reception is also at a club attached to a karaoke bar, if that helps to set the scene.
I did decide to go with this, ROSIANNA Women's Off Shoulder Strapless Ruffle Mini Plus Size Swing Dresses https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C9ZPVSL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_QSMGQ9QBPKQN35Q4WCJH
I think the bright orange will contrast him perfectly, as well as play off my outfit from her Bach party! Thank you all so much for the suggestions. I might grab an oil slick to see how that pairs as well.
I find that if I get an odor in that area, it isn't usually from my actual genitalia, but from the folds in my groin on either side, and under my apron belly. The best way I have found to deal with it is by using gold bond powder (specifically this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B012FUZ8NG/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) after showering and before bed, especially when it is hot out. It can really help, especially considering how long it takes for those areas to get completely dry.

I wanted to add a few points to your great tips:
A) Amazon will have the extenders too and usually faster shipping than ebay.
B) Bulkheads on some carriers can be a bit tighter depending on whether they stick the entertainment console and tray on the side (no seatback in front). It' snot a lot but even fractions of inches can suck when flying a long time. Definitely check seatguru as others have suggested.
C) I'm 18/20 and I check seat comfort/width in my office chair. I take a tape measure, sit against the wall measure the space I have and use a deconstructred Amazon box to make that other barrier and get a feel for what the actual space will feel like. Sounds complicated, but I like to know before I fly what I'll feel like and whether I can stomach the cramped quarters. Like Emirates which was my last international carrier had 18 inch wide seats so I knew going in it'd be tight but not insurfferable unlike say American Airlines with its 16.2 inch wides seats that almost made me want to attack the air marshal so they could at least handcuff me and put me away in the crew sleeping cabin. Never again, American, never again.
D) I cannot recommend a FaceCradle enough. I slept for eight hours of my 14 hour flight. I'm talking deep sleep drooled on myself slept, not tossed like a salad sleep.
Okay so don’t laugh at this... I use Fresh Balls and works really well. I had previously used gold bond medicated powder but it was so messy, strong smelling, and would get clumpy. It really has helped with chafing and moisture. The 1st time I used it my tummy was so red and painful after working a 12hr shift. I had so much improvement after 1 application.
It's probably fungal. I get that under my belly pretty often. The best thing to do is use an antifungal powder. I use this one and I love it. It's talc free as well.

Goes up to a 3x, has pockets, and it is the lightest thing ever. Grab some bike shorts for underneath and a great pair of comfy sandals and you're golden.
Time of day is specific to the person. I work out at night because I don't have time in the morning.
When starting, I recommend getting a book that has a lot of exercises and routines in it. The Strength Training Bible for Women is a personal favorite because it starts you totally from scratch.
Also, remember that you will be extremely sore your first time. Your body will eventually get better at recovery.
Highly recommend these leggings and these capris!
The leggings are softer than anything I've ever felt and they're so comfortable. If you have a SUPER big booty, you might have a hard time squeezing your butt in but I think they can accommodate some pretty big booties (check the Amazon customer images at the bottom). It fits mine and I have a very large bubble butt, haha :) They're also thicker in quality and "warmer" for the winter months.
The capris are the most stretchy and comfortable-fitting leggings I've ever had. Thinner than the long leggings though! Not great for winter but I love them.
All in all I highly recommend both, but the ViV Collection on Amazon seems to be pretty reliable!
I got this on Amazon. The straps are long enough that they hit my hips. Lots of pockets.

DexFlex doesn't seem to be limited to Payless. I just googled the brand and found a listing on Amazon. Limited choice in colors for that size, however.
In addition to the treatments, soft cloths under your breasts while you heal can really help. I use these when I'm wearing a bra or not, they're super soft and stay put pretty well.

I also use flour sacs under my boobs at home. The fabric is super soft and light, and is comfortable to sleep under them too. If you're in the US the ones from target are way softer than the ones from Walmart. I think it's like $6 to $10 for a pack, and they last quite a while. My oldest ones are I think about 10 yrs old

They're super soft, not see through, really stretchy, and a lot lighter weight than torrid. Also cheap. The only downside is that they're long as hell. I'm 5'5" and wear them hiked up under my boobs basically & still have a little extra material to contend with. But at $10-14 a pair, that doesn't matter to me much
A shirt with SPF protection build in. They're meant to be worn in the water, so they're quick drying material that doesn't stretch and droop when wet. Here's a random one from Amazon. Some people wear them for modesty, some for protection. Some for both.

No problem at all! Believe me when I say I am infinitely happier and feel so much better after sticking to my NC rule with her even if my siblings don't. If I may, I would also like to recommend this reasonably priced book I got off Amazon that was recommended to me by a former therapist of mine that really helped me make sense of things I experienced growing up. Oh! And this book that I stumbled upon at a free library box in DC one time.
their three inch block heels are one of the few i can walk in! but if you want something even more comfortable then check out the michaela heels from target. they're a 2.5in block heel and they're insanely comfortable. i'm a pre-k assistant teacher and i can wear them all day at work.

There are several "no sew" options. I would say if you only had one shirt to alter, the book wouldn't be worth the investment. But if you think you might adapt shirts regularly, it could be very helpful.
I have this one, and then put it over one of the thick mats the gym provided for the yoga classes for extra cushioning. If I'm using it at home on carpet, it's fine as is.

i currently have a pair off amazon, they’re not exactly high waisted but they sit high enough to stay up on my stomach without rolling too much. they are the KIPRO brand shorts. They also have really cool colors that look really nice under the colorful lights! As far as shorts, I usually wear a loose racer back tank top or a cropped tank top that way I have access to my hips and sides for some of the moves. It might also help if you invest in some knee pads for long term poleing, but those are a little hard to find if you have big legs.
For the shorts, I’m a XXL and a US 18 and carrying a lot of weight in my butt and thighs so the shorts do the roll up between the thighs thing. My sister is a US 14 and wearing a XL! She takes the classes with me! Good luck!
Yes! I ordered one from Amazon.

It’s a rare combo, basically inner breathable layer, outer waterproof. Not fool proof but better than wearing just a waterproof. It existsIn regular sizes.
here’s the corset and here’s a couple of photos to show how long the corset is. i went with a 3xl because of the sizing chart it has, pro tip: actually look for a size chart lol i didn’t do that when i was first trying buying a corset
Got my first shipment today! They only sent one dress, but they extended my trial by a month. I went with this one: http://closet.gwynniebee.com/products/love-squared-lace-trim-a-line-dress
I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but it's super cute in person. I sized up based on previous reviews and it fits like a dream. Very floaty and feminine. Check me out here: https://imgur.com/a/uQ3xn
Just don't judge my lack of makeup and crazy hair. I threw it on as soon as I came home from work and saw the box!
We met 15 years ago on hotornot.com. I was actually still in high school and me and my gal pals were just flipping through for fun. I came across the guy I knew I wanted to be with and contacted him. We went on a date and haven't been apart since. Sometimes you immediately find your soul mate, sometimes love takes its sweet time finding you.
I just found this and used it to get $150 off $300. I'm going to hell.
It came from this tumblr so at least there will be a lot of us in hell.
I don’t know if you’re looking for “cute” underwear or just solid underwear. I have a style very similar to these that’s I loooooove. Honestly they’re probably the same underwear just Amazon rebranded. They do not move and are really comfy. They certainly aren’t sexy but they get the job done. Also I’ve had them for about 6 months and they’re holding up well.

I broke my ankle and have been wearing these in my moon boot all summer. They provide a high level of compression and the material is more like a tight, so they're cool enough to not feel like my legs are suffocating during the heat. The only downside is that the light material makes them a bit more delicate than socks - my moon boot has chewed up a pair with the velcro. They're not the cutest, but they're generic enough that I'm fine with them being visible, since they don't look straight up orthopedic.
The yellow duster is from Torrid, but I can’t find it on the website now, maybe it sold out. It’s a shame, I love it. I’m 5’9, and it actually goes to my ankles, nice light, and flowy too.
I got this one for myself. It says it goes up to 50", which i haven't measured, but I think is accurate. I'm around a size 20/22 and I can wear it through my belt loops but I prefer it up higher on my natural waist.
My family got fanny packs for hiking, and I really like mine. It barely fits on my high waist--I'm a 24, but I'm an hourglass. The stripes are reflective. Amazon Link

With her powders you only need a very thin amount to work, so there isn't enough to get last with.
If you have been blessed by the boob god like me, you may want to look into Glamourise for bras. They have non underwired bras that have an inch thick support strap that wraps from armpit to the middle of your chest, which is moisture wicking. I legit have replaced all my bras with these. They aren't cheap, and are kinda glamorous granny bras, but between that strap, and the fact they have a full padding on the strap over your shoulders, I have never been as comfortable as I am now in warmer weather.
I had it around my crotch and belly button to the point of my skin splitting and this soap has changed my life! It’s Remedy Tea Tree Soap and as long as I use it 2-3 times a week I’m good to go! When I know I’m going to be doing something that will irritate the skin such as working a 12hr shift, I put on Vagisil powder (talc and scent free!). Between the two I have never felt better and my skin is completely healed! It gets a bit irritated if I go a week without the soap but then again I spent 12 hours marinading in my own sweat so that’s to be expected. I wouldn’t use the soap more than every other day because it can be drying but I absolutely swear by it!

Wondering if it would be cooler than my normal Jean shorts and tank combo
No problem. I have another pair of Steampunk googles without those type of lenses that I bought from Amazon.
Have you thought about wearing suspenders under your shirt if you don't tuck it in? I've done that a couple of times, especially when I'm doing a lot of walking. I'll tuck a tank top on under my shirt & put a very simple suspender set that isn't noticeable like this over it.
I have switched to boxers like these for all my underwear. Good sizes up to 5X. I wear a 2X at a 16-18 bottom.
I find underwire swimsuits never support me right or are always too small. I like to keep covered mostly, but I've found skirted swim suits with a halter top on Amazon. The halter give you as much support as you want depending on how tightly you tie it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EOB6WJ8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Of course!!
I just bought this one and it fits like a dream, the top part is a little wonky with the padding but I don't mind. The sizes seem really weird. I got a 4x for a 18/20
This one is a halter and is really comfy.
Always look at reviews, they usually are good about talking about sizing.
Have you ever tried compression socks?
Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01091ZI0Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_7EHHNGGS1ZYDD382YZ3Z
Depending on how bad the pain is, you may need to pair them with an upgrade in shoes as well, but this type of sock has worked wonders for my foot pain.
I'm the same size as you and only a couple years younger. I've been wearing pretty much nothing but soft, flowy maxis since i got pregnant 4 years ago because they're just so amazing.
I just got a really great crochet-top one from Lane Bryant.
This one from Amazon has been a favorite lately.
Torrid's good on occasion.
I got a few good ones from Eloquii. They have some dressier maxis (by which i mean, detailing, cutouts, maybe crepey fabric), but they also have a lot of good basic options.
SWAK has several good options (though unfortunately pocketless).
Eshakti is solid, but they usually have some sort of fasteners at the neck that seem unnecessary and my hair always gets caught. And their fabric is a little heavier than "flowy."
I just saw Ayamani recommended on Tiktok and will probably check them out soon as well.
This is the only thing that works for me. Creams and sticks are a no go and don’t work. Skimmies are icky and role and bind. These are soft, stretchy and comfortable. Velrose Snip-it Pettipants (3362) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006IXCII/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_PY9ZG077RY0607MTEGDT
I use a book called The Strength Training Bible for Women (and it's male equivalent) in class. You can finish some of the workouts in 30 minutes.
Many of my students are not interested in lifting competitively, so I focus on squats, deadlifts, bench presses and rows from the Olympic lifts. But since the focus is on long-term goals, I also add in lunges, lat pulls, variations on Olympic lifts and unilateral lifts (one leg at a time instead of both). The books I teach from are The Strength Training Bible for Men and The Strength Training Bible for Women.
In terms of how heavy, that is individualized. I do a check at first to see how much they can lift, and we go from there for both endurance and strength.
I wear these all the time during my physical therapy, sorry it only goes up to 2-3x but they do not ride up at all and part of my PT is cycling where a lot of shorts have ridden up on me https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C796731?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have Undersummers, which feel like a slip, and some from Amazon that are more cotton-like and have a little lace trim. I'm a primary teacher, so I always wear shorts like these under skirts/dresses.

I'm working through Dinner: Changing the Game by Melissa Clark and Eric Wolfinger, and every single thing has been a total hit so far (the sprouts and halloumi were from that book, as is the Thai fried rice). Highly recommend if you're looking for relatively easy and tasty inspiration.

It was not as soft as I was hoping for, but it's a HUGE improvement from the world's tiniest seat my bike came with. Seriously, that thing was barely even a triangle shape, so flat, ugh! I hurt my tailbone four wheeling so I haven't gotten to ride it much this summer, unfortunately, but it's so much more comfortable.
Yes! It only goes up to XL but it was pretty stretchy

No you’re not stupid!! This is what I buy: Überlube Luxury Lubricant 100ml https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KDHSAAM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_5-qeFbKYXQNB9
It dries super fast so I promise it won’t soak your leggings or shorts. I put it on and wear a dress for 12+ hours
If you’re a 14 then that makes things a lot easier.
1) you’ve got Amazon at your disposal: you got this skirt and this one comes in both red and green
2) Many uniform stores carry junior plus and some adult sizes. A school girl cosplay is nothing but a school uniform so it shouldn’t be that hard to track down the skirts at least. You don’t need a specialty costume store for that.
If I didn’t know your size I wouldn’t have even considered either of these options because I’m twice your size but a lot of the ladies here seem to be fine ordering from Amazon (make sure you check each maker’s size chart!) and I definitely wouldn’t have considered just walking into a uniform store.
I just got this mattress from Amazon. I find it super comfy because the top few inches of foam are very soft, but it's firm under that so you don't sink in too far. I have no idea how well it will hold up over time since I just got it a few weeks ago, but it was on sale for $130 when I bought it so if it only lasts a couple of years I'll still have more than gotten my money's worth.
I bought some “JustMySize” biker shorts off amazon for around $10 I believe that don’t seem to ride https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B3IUOP8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
They’re really comfortable honestly.
Have you ever tried the brand Easy Street? I have these slip-ons from them and they're ridiculously comfortable. They have a lot of styles available in wide (which are *actually wide*) and are really affordable. Some of the styles are even on Amazon Wardrobe so you can try them on for free.
I ordered this flapper dress in black from Amazon: PrettyGuide Women's Gatsby Dress... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078WPF52S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I typically wear a 3X, 4X if the brand runs small. This fit great! It had some stretch to it, but not so much that it gave me a sloppy/tented look.
I have absolutely loved this chair: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07KG1GX34/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I don’t know if her patterns are the type you’re used to, but Marlene Mukai is one of Brazil’s biggest modelists. And she has an entire book about Plus size pattern making. Modelagem prática especial plus size by Marlene Mukai
You're not the only person to have this type of issue. Many people have limited mobility for various reasons. Look for a long reach toilet paper wand, or self-wipe wand. You can get something similar for bathing, too, but for the toilet you're going to want the type that grips some toilet paper or a flushable wipe and then releases it into the toilet. Here's one example on Amazon, or you could go to a medical supply place like Carewell or Vitality Medical.
I'm sitting in this one right now!

I work from home, and I occasionally make my lumbar vertebrae very angry, so I wanted something sturdy and supportive, with a nice wide seat. This does the job well, and the upholstery seems like it'll last, too. (I wanted something that wasn't bonded leather, because it seems like that stuff peels and sheds EVERYWHERE.)
So I swim a lot and I'm really liking my nike tankini top. So it's not anything you're asking for, but I just wanted to put my two cents in. It wears super well because it's polyester. It's lasted through two pairs of chlorine resistant shorts so far and still going strong. I used to always do the one piece thing but I've recently been enjoying the tank top and shorts combo. The reason I mention the Nike tankini top is that it has been excellent bust support (I'm a DD) for me even without an underwire, they have sewn-in pads that are comfy and functional. I'm usually an avenue size 22/24 or a torrid size 4 and I'm wearing a 3x.

These tights on Amazon. I'm normally a size 24, 5'7", these are so good. They don't tear, come nice and high over my tummy, and don't roll down all day. Silky Toes Womens Plus Size... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZQNC4P3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Regarding the sweaters laying flat. I bought this from Amazon and love how much faster my sweaters dry!

Also, wrap your wet sweater in a towel and press down on it to press most of the water out before you block it.
Love the sweaters!

I found this one on Amazon. I really love it, and since the temps in Ohio have dropped, it's been so nice. Had lots of good pockets and a great hood, too!
My herniated disks are T9/ T10 aka right where my damn bra sits. I’ve had them for 15+ years and I’m 27… I found chiropractic care to be essential. Stretching before getting out of bed. When I’m in major pain, bio freeze, aleve, heating pad, & zero gravity chair all help me a lot. Also rolling out on a foam roller. I also recently found this stuff and love it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099BTP9C4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
At the end of the day pain management is so personalized. If heat doesn’t work for you, try ice. If rest isn’t helping try light stretching. I’m sorry you are in this boat!
YES! I can answer/help with something! Wooo! I bought these for 12h hospital shifts. I have literally the biggest calves of anyone I’ve ever met (23” at their widest,) and these FIT. I love all of them.

We bought these off amazon.
Main reason I like them... They lock open which means you get a flat comfortable place to sit. I was having issues with other similar folding chairs that as soon as I sat in them they would start to fold up pushing my legs together and digging into my lower thigh on the outer side by my knee. It was so uncomfortable to sit in.
This chair does not fold up on you as you sit in it. It locks open for comfort. It also locks closed so you can carry it with out the bag. And they claim a 300lb capacity.

We also have the Tommy Bahama short chairs that they sell at Costco. These are good for those venues where you need a short chair. And they have lasted for quite a while.
