Hey, guys! Neko Creator is now available on Google Play!
I would never have gotten this far without the enthusiasm, kindness, encouragement and appreciation of this community. You guys have got to be the nicest bunch of users I've ever encountered, and I wanted to thank all of you for your amazing and warm support.
Edit: The app should work on all devices with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or above. If you have Lollipop and Google Play still isn't letting you install, PM me and I'll help you troubleshoot. Sometimes Google Play is weirdly temperamental.
Also, if you see any bugs with the app, let me know and I'll try to fix them. =)
Great app, I've been using it since beta and while it's pretty basic now, the developer is steadily updating with new features.
