What is Reddit's opinion of Parallax 3D Live Wallpaper?

This is the one I have used and it worked fine for me but that was like 4 or 5 years ago I would say. There are tons of options if you search "parallax live wallpaper" on the play store

I used this app years ago. Haven't used it in a while, but you can set a custom image. Seems a bit outdated, but seems to work.

I use Parallax 3D and use a tf2 background, its not live, but it moves like a parallax effect. there are other apps that can load an animated gif, but they tend to suck your battery
