SafeInCloud looks nice.
I absolutely recommend SafeInCloud Pro. I'm an user since 2016 and it have active development and never caused me problems — it's a one-time payment (the app on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.safeincloud) for the app on your phone and the Desktop app and browser extension ate free. The android app integrates with Chrome and other browsers to auto-fill and also on login screen dialogs on various apps. Strongly recommend!
The one and only thing I must be aware of is the protection of my Dropbox account in which the database is linked, but knowing that the data is mine and it's not exactly on another company's password database is amazing.
Fiz uma pesquisa antes e me pareceu o melhor CxB, exatamente porque é uma taxa única (paguei 10 reais na época).

Boa sorte!
Well for android I use Safe In Cloud

It backs up your passwords either to your Google drive account or drop box.
Plus if you have a fingerprint reader on your phone, you can always unlock it right away using that, or you can use a regular number or letter password.
Works for me.
I like and use Safe in Cloud
Pros:
Cloud Backup and Sync of your choice.
Autofill for 5.0+ devices.
Fingerprint and Multi-window integration for Samsung users
Website Favicon integration
One time payment like you mentioned

I've been semi-using SafeInCloud since KitKat and always like the UI. It saves the db locally and lets you backup to Google Drive etc. My primary issue with this app is I need sync across all my devices including linux command line, which isn't supported.
What I primarily use on Linux, and love, is "pass" but I haven't had the time to try out the open-source pwdstore (source code), primarily because I'm guessing that getting the gpg, keychain, ssh, and git dependencies working will be a pain.
A newer one I haven't full tried yet is Enpass (website). The Linux desktop version looks and works fine, haven't tried the Android app, and haven't researched them enough to know if I could trust them.
My favorite paid apps password manager: SafeInCloud
Going paperles best documenten scanning app GeniusScan+

Safe in Cloud! Nice design, loads fast and feels really safe. There's also a free version without sync.
