Not yet, normally i get the high cpu warning from samsung in the morning (GMT+2), will report back if i still get the warning or find the process, if i still see it, i will definitely do a factory reset.
The google play site of paypal (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paypal.android.p2pmobile ) also has a few reviews of people reporting of high battery usage by paypal, which is probably linked with the high cpu of the process we see.
