If you have a tablet, you can use the Roll20 app. Possibly even on a phone if you have a large screen.

I can't use either. I think the first requires a 7" screen.
I have never used it on android just PC but Roll20 is great.
Here is the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.roll20.playerappandroid&hl=en
Here is some information on it: https://wiki.roll20.net/Roll20_for_iPad_and_Android
You shouldn't need a camera, I never use a camera with Roll20.
Apple finally approved the iOS version over the weekend, but I guess no one wanted to submit the Android app until yesterday. It is up now though: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.roll20.playerappandroid
Sounds awesome. So the app can actually do the battle map stuff? Just a little confused because neither the Android nor iOS app pages make any mention of maps, and a couple of reviews suggest that this feature doesn't exist. Is there another app that I should be looking at? Has it been updated to have that? Or are you speaking of just using the website on a tablet?
It certainly sounds like a really good option, anyway. I wonder, how easy would it be to micromanage line of sight as a DM. Can you manually switch certain creatures into hidden within just a couple of clicks? Cheers.
If your smart phone or tablet is fast enough, the roll20 page will function normally as if you were accessing it through your browser. You or the game DM will need to have at least a Plus membership for full mobile functionality, though - without it you will only have limited functionality.
There are also apps, however they only support tablets, not smartphones. Android app: Link; iPad app: Link
Thanks for DPI change, unfortunately it didnt resolve the error... the app just crashes.
Trying to install this app on my LG G4.
Just set the DPI from 640 to 540.
Wait a second, I think I've got it!!!
You can use the roll20 app. It's only just been rolled out, so there's some kinks, but it's reportedly more-or-less functional. You can read more about it on their wiki.
Within the roll20 app, you have their Character Sheet function. In order to do that, you'll need to join/create a campaign, which chooses a default character sheet style (pick Savage Worlds Tabbed), then create a character, and then edit the character sheet to your hearts content.
EDIT: you'll need a roll20 account though. You might need to initially set things up via a regular computer browser but afterwards can access the CharSheet via the app.

Try here:

open the site in your mobile browser and choose "add to home screen" from your 3 dot menu.
Also you could set up a private game on Roll20.net and use their android app as your dice roller/character sheet. It really works great.
Roll20 for Android? Haven't tried it, don't know if there is a iOS version.
But hey, it's free. Give it a shot.
